Can I add a form (e.g. gravity mail) on the site for user (public) to submit an event. The admin gets notified and can then approve the event for display. Please let me know if this is possible.

The calendar on my site displays as a bulleted list – and the headings are coming across as a tad small. I understand that I can input custom css styles code to override my theme’s css, however, I could not find any documentation from you about which styles in particular should be changed. What would be especially helpful if you could provide some further documentation or even a default css that will override the theme styles and force the calendar to display exactly as it is in the demo.

I updated to 1.9 from 1.6 and selected the option to hide past events. Well, it hid today’s events too, which was an error I was having with 1.6 and was the reason that I upgraded (hoping that problem would be fixed). I will interject here and say that the problem does seem to be fixed. However, having had this plugin since v1.4 I have some database entries apparently left over. I found this out by checking my wp_options table and found all the new evcal entries listed at the bottom (appropriate since I just removed the old one and added the new). There were two entries that weren’t listed with the group at the bottom “evcal_show_old_posts” and “evcal_width”, I may be a bit off with the spelling. I deleted those entries and all was fine thereafter.

Ashanjay just bought this plugin and love it. One question I have though is how to setup single event pages like on the demo page for this plugin. I followed the instructions from the documentation, setup a template page for single-ajde_events.php, but I still get a basic post page when I try to link to it. I can confirm this template is working correctly, so that is good. I’m guessing it has to do with the fact I’m pulling the calendar into the index page. Please help!

Hi ashanjay,i bought your great plugin and it works fine ‘till i change the skin to “slick”: the month and day and other translations come back to the default language (English).

Also the widget mess up and appers in a wrong way (i remove it from the sidebar).

Hello. I recently purchased this calendar. I have contacted the maker directly, but I need more information. Why does my calendar look so shabby compared to what I see on the demo. There is no border around the calendar, and the background is transparent, unlike the demo. Please help. Here is my site: http://uomomodernbarber.com/event-directory/. I managed to change the color of the month with a lot of exhaustive CSS research…but I am really not liking the customization of this widget. It is very difficult to work with. It would be nice if there was more customization options to alleviate these problems.

I bought the plugin a couple weeks ago and love it so far but I have a very weird problem that just started happening today. I have the calendar shortcode on a page with the slug “events”. All of a sudden, now when I go to this page, it just shows the home page content. If I change the slug to “event” or any other name, the page displays correctly and shows the calendar. I’ve tried disabling plugins, re-creating the Events page, turning off this plugin … nothing seems to fix it. Have you seen this? Any suggestions?
