Your error is: Access Denied Access has not been given for your admin role group to access this addon module. You can grant access in Configuration() > System Settings > Addon Modules.

Hello, it is a common issue, you had a previous addon with the same name and instead of deactivating it from the admin panel you probably deleted the files.
