i see clear due under customer list, assuming i clear customer due mistakenly how do i reverse it? or how do i see the list of payments i used to clear customer debt?

Clearing due is not a straight forward process. You have to follow some steps. So, you should not mistakenly clear debt. And from the customer report you can see the payments.

I think there is a bug in the sales return module. Logically if someone makes a sales return, the system is supposed to subtract the product cost from the revenue and then subtract the profits of a product price from the profits. To my suprise is that the system subtracts product price from from the profits also for which I have not gotten understanding
You are not editing a sale. Rather you are creating a sale return. So why will the grand total of the original sale be changed? And we are considering the sale return during the profit calculation. Here revenue = sold amount – returned amount. So this is not a bug at all.
Please can you add wholesale price option
You can set a percentage basis discount for a specific customer group. For example, you want to give a 20% discount on all products for wholesale. So create a customer group name Wholesale and put the percentage value -20. If you want to put a manual wholesale price for products then it will be a custom job. In that case let us know which price the system will pick for a specific customer. Wholesale price or retail price? How will the system decide?

discovered you had to set a biller or else you run into this problem But it would be better if you put like a check to pop up a message for whats wrong
What type of problem? Biller is like a manager who is responsible for the sale. You better read the documentation thoroughly.

I think it’s a bug in return module , if client has due 1000$ , if we create a return for this client with 50$ , the client due must be decreased to 950¢ logically .
