Hi, please read envato support policy first. it doesn’t include installation/update service. Moreover, we asked to follow documentation where we have described the update process in detail with screenshots. If you still can’t do it yourself you can pay $15 and we would do it for you. I believe that’s quite reasonable

Hi, Is it possible to print directly on POS printer without showing preview

i see clear due under customer list, assuming i clear customer due mistakenly how do i reverse it? or how do i see the list of payments i used to clear customer debt?

Clearing due is not a straight forward process. You have to follow some steps. So, you should not mistakenly clear debt. And from the customer report you can see the payments.

I think there is a bug in the sales return module. Logically if someone makes a sales return, the system is supposed to subtract the product cost from the revenue and then subtract the profits of a product price from the profits. To my suprise is that the system subtracts product price from from the profits also for which I have not gotten understanding

You are not editing a sale. Rather you are creating a sale return. So why will the grand total of the original sale be changed? And we are considering the sale return during the profit calculation. Here revenue = sold amount – returned amount. So this is not a bug at all.

Please can you add wholesale price option

You can set a percentage basis discount for a specific customer group. For example, you want to give a 20% discount on all products for wholesale. So create a customer group name Wholesale and put the percentage value -20. If you want to put a manual wholesale price for products then it will be a custom job. In that case let us know which price the system will pick for a specific customer. Wholesale price or retail price? How will the system decide?

discovered you had to set a biller or else you run into this problem But it would be better if you put like a check to pop up a message for whats wrong

What type of problem? Biller is like a manager who is responsible for the sale. You better read the documentation thoroughly.

I think it’s a bug in return module , if client has due 1000$ , if we create a return for this client with 50$ , the client due must be decreased to 950¢ logically .

Hi, may i know the logic for dashboard Profit is deducting the product cost? im not sure why the profit is not updating even though my product cost is inserted.

Product is not avaialable in the selected warehouse. error while adding product to pos products table but products have available in warehouse and have stock quantity.

Pres sales questions : 1. is it possible to disable some modules from the menu like purchase and purchase return. 2. is it possible to add expenses on the dashboard or replace purchase with expenses on the dashboard.

Without purchase stock will not be created. So how can you use an inventory management system without purchase?

How to make payment of purchase list??

Click on the action button. You will see an option named Add Payment there. Click on it . And please read the documentation as these things are clearly described there.

We believe you can. But you have to clearly understand the workflow of salepro. Please read the documentation thoroughly. Consider the market as a warehouse.

The purchase code isn’t working on the local machine. i have tried several times

Their is a problem with your Add Purchases i tried it too in the demo version. Example I will insert a new purchase and use date baackwards(past date). The Items i purchased will be saaave in the latest date of purchase and will not show in the actual purchase that i made. I check the code in thhis and you are using latest created date as reference whiiich i think is wrong. it should be last id inserted. Please check your code and update the system.

do not use Model::latest()->first(); it will not give you the correct last inserted purchase using that method if the last inserted created_date is created backwards. Please correct your source code at PurchaseController.php

Adding purchase with previous date is perfectly working. You can check the demo. And generating reference numbers is an automated process. So it will take the current date. This is not wrong.
