Thank you for creating such an awesome plugin. It’s really lovely and easy to work with. Just a few questions.

We have integrated with Stripe and it works but we would like

1. a payment intent step where the user is shown their choice and asked to confirm their intended payment. Stripe talks about this here.

But I don’t know how or where to implement it.

2. Then the test users we created did not receive emails to confirm their subscription. Where do we control that?

This plugin is causing conflicts with Yoast SEO (I saw a similar comment in the support thread about 2 years ago). When both directory-pro and Yoast are installed, users with “contributor” roles get an error when trying to navigate in the dashboard to Posts -> All (/wp-admin/edit.php)

I am on the latest version of both plugins.

Disabling directory-pro causes the error to go away.

When the error occurs, it generates a “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue” email.

The full error is below. Yoast does not error out when viewing the posts -> all list as a contributor, unless directory-pro is also enabled.

Hello, just a few question.

1. On a single page directory listing, the main menu disappears. Anyway to add it back?

2. On those same single-page directory listings, is there a way to add a Next/Previous button ?

I am interested in Directory Pro for my website. The problem is that on my website all is custom coded inside wordpress. Has no pagebuilder. So does Directory Pro only work with elementor ? I am not sure if it will work or give problems. What do you think ?

It is possible to create a pricing for different categories?

I am having a conflict with this plugin and Elementor. I have deactivated all plugins, reactivated one by one, and Elementor editor only loads when this plugin is deactivated. Any suggestions?

We are working with your plugin and are trying to achieve the following:

1. Add a new field called “Documents” where users can add documents to their listings for admin approval 2.Track the documents and list them as ‘expired’ after 1 year 3. Send email reminders when documents are about to expire 4. Hide the listing from the frontend if the documents are expired 5. Admin area to view all documents close to expiring / view all listings about to expire as a list

Is there any way you can offer assistance for this set of features?

When viewing listings on the backend of my site in the WP Admin dashboard, I cannot see awards on the post – and if I save this post, the awards are removed from the listing on the frontend and in the member’s area. Do you have any idea what is causing this?

I have installed the Directory Pro plugin (this is my second installation). All fine in the back end, however the directory listings and the individual listings are not displaying on the front end. See examples below:

Before I buy your plugin can I have answers to the following please:

1. Is it possible to use a short code on a page to only show listings in a particular category 2. Can a listing belong to multiple categories 3. Do you have extra filtering? 4 Can the search form be set so that only certain fields show for searching so that content can be placed on this page and only the relevant listings show?

When someone signs up to a free account it does not authorise the account and so they cannot complete their profile until I have manually acepted it.

Hi, I am interested in this plugin but was wondering if you could please answer my questions below, before I go ahead and purchase it.

1. I have a website and would like to add a directory with listings on one of the pages. I do not want the directory to be the whole website. Is this possible with Directory Pro?

2. If it is possible, can I have a map and a grid layout below it to show all listings? And they can be filtered via location, keywords and categories?

3. Can someone use the map to search for the listings or not?

4. If someone zooms in on the map will they still be able to view all other listings nearby?

5. I don’t want people to sign up as users, not be able to add a listing themselves. I want this page to just be information on businesses within a town. Is this possible? Or is it necessary to allow access to users?

6. I’ve read it is compatible with WP Bakery Page Builder, so this means I can customise each listing as I wish?

It would be very very helpful if you could please answer my questions above and help me understand if the plugin is suitable for what I want.

Hello I have just purchased your plugin and I am starting to install it. I have two issues at the moment… can you help please?

1. When I click “sign up” from the pricing table ( [iv_directories_price_table] ) I receive the following message: “Sorry! You are not allowed for signup.”

2. When I click the email button on a directory listing, the popup is displayed, but when I fill out the email form and send, I didnt receive the email.

Hi, I’m checking the directories listing plugins. I am thinking creating a brand db list. I don’t see clearly the options on the plugin demo.

Brands names are all over the world and we only want to configure some table topics to display, not all of them. I intended to link brands with categories or hashtags (not so focus on local map or location search). So I have some questions:

1. Is it possible to remove the location search field or any other field we don’t need?

2. Is it possible to display a table view for those “brands”? (Just the Old Fashion layout display, it’s easier, simple and faster… The table view, we should be able to set up and select the columns topics we need. Also to set up the number of fields, by page (20, 50, 100, 200)

3. In these listings is there a possibility to add categories or hashtags for topics related to that brand list? (so people will find product type tag or category according to what they search and not the location)

4. Is there a possibility to create a annual voting, for each brand? And at the same time have a global cumulative vote (of all the years).

5. Also to implement a field inside each brand page “where to buy?” .. just inside a list of places to people that need something can buy in that website list (according to country)

6. Would be interesting if, in some way, we can connect to those brands official social networks to check the Number of Fans / Followers by each brand. So we also can rank them.

Maybe you don’t have these options… so I hope can be developed because will be new ideas Please let me know if you will have these options, PM/Poke me!

Hi, we have setup the tags function, and they were working well, but we edited them, and now the old tags & new tags are appearing in the search options, but the old ones aren’t in the tag list anymore. Feels like the backend is not talking to the front end… Would appreciate some help!
