Hello, how can I see a demo of the plugin in the admin panel?

I’m having an issue with the API setup and the map. The map will not load, and gives the error “This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly”. Typing in a pickup location works when creating new ones, but selecting an address from the dropdown doesn’t reflect on the map and “Update” makes the change disappear. The map itself is stuck on North Africa for some reason.
I would attach screenshots if I could.
For some reason, choosing a pickup location from the dropdown becomes impossible at this point. No matter what the customer chooses, the pickup location is stuck on the first option.
The API is set up with an HTTP referrer to our site lenasasiankitchen.com/* and restricted to Maps JavaScript API. I’d appreciate any help with this issue.

In the checkout page > I select a pickup location > after I add a upsell product the cart is updated and the selected location is not selected and I have to reselect it. Is there a way to keep the selection active?

Still no feedback, I see many other comments with the same issues. The Plugin breaks the site. No editing or adding of posts or pages. Custom fees error appear. when local pickup is selected on the cartpage you are unable to change your selection on the checkout page if a store is not available in your area.
Is this plug-in working in Taiwan?
It uses Google map. If it’s allowed in your country then it will surely work. Thanks

In your plugin at “includes/admin/controller/WPPKPO_Controller_Admin.php” on line 1424 there is a die(“custom fees”) that was preventing me from editing or adding posts and pages. Was this leftover from some debugging? It doesn’t seem to be needed.
We use the latest WordPress and WooCommerce versions. When the plugin is enabled and we try to edit a page using the default WordPress editor we get a blank page with the text “custom fees” See screenshot: https://prnt.sc/AB1VjyktuLIa Could you please assist on the above?

Hello, The calendar offers to choose any day even if I have only set each location Pickup days to one day only. No error message or anything. Do you know what can be the problem? Good day. Please I will like to set shipping prices for different pickup locations. So for example if you’re picking up in the same state as the main store, the price is $2, and if you’re picking up in another state, the price will be $5 or $6 or any other price depending on the distance of that state from the main store state. How can I achieve this?

You can define pickup price for each pickup location so based on the state it will calculate the pickup price.

2. When the auto locate is turned off in the users browser – or user chooses not to use rheir location – no map markers appear at all. In this situation we need all map markers to appear.

1. When you are selecting the location, it generates the lat and lat. Can you check the generated lat and lng in the google map separately. If it’s showing correct even on Google map then let us know and if it’s not working then try entering the correct lat and lng from Google map.
2. We need to check your settings to understand this as normally it shows all the available markers.
1. I will check this I think this may be user error.
2. When auto locate is active in the Plugin settings… but the auto-locate is turned off in the browser… or location in the browser is not possible… or the user chooses not to use their location, no map markers are displayed. If the user chooses not to use their location in the browser we still need map markers to show, how can we do this?
Try it for yourself. The browser will ask if you want to use your location. If you decline, no map markers are visible.
In your own words in the Plugin Settings it says:
Enable auto locate user? (New) “If enabled, user will be asked to allow/deny the detect location. If user allows it then it will auto select the nearest pickup point.”
But if the user does not allow it. The map is blank and no markers appear. How can I fix this? If the user does not allow it the map needs to load in all the markers. Can you please look at this?

Okay. I got it. When you disable it while choosing the enable auto locate user option, it doesn’t show any location when user doesn’t allow as it is not able to determine the position of the user for obvious reasons. If you don’t select auto locate then it shows all available markers. We will try to add this as you want in next version. Thanks

I had to buy another license yesterday because of 2nd site. But here is an issue, when your plugin is activated, it don’t let product add to cart.. May be issue with new WooCommerce compatibility because only this is the difference between both sites.

Your plugin is not compatible with some most famous themes like woodmart and so on..
I am using woodmart… Kindly fix the issue and give us update. I have done your 80% work. Now it’s on your if you have self-respect then do the rest 20%.. Last time also was the same, we had to fix issues by ourself.. Now it’s on your turn..

We have already checked the website using the admin url (temporary url) given by you. We are not able to do lots of testing as it might affect the existing website. But as you told us that it’s because of theme, it is not working then we won’t be able to help you as Theme may be doing some hardcore changes. You need to contact theme support to understand issue and resolve it. We are already using the correct woo plugin hooks to implement it. Thanks

If your plugin having no bug, then how come only your plugin have issue and not only me, everyone have the issue and the thing is you never fix the issue instead you stop answering and in the end people fed-up and try to find another solution.
If you think your plugin is ok, then why it don’t work with best themes properly?
You asked to contact theme support, woodmart have 42k+ sales and check in their review and comments, people respect them. Not only woodmart, check others also. How is this possible that it is conflicting only with your plugin, not with other plugins?

You have bought 2nd license because it worked for first time. It doesn’t worked on 2nd time because the theme is overriding the default woo checkout page. Ideally it should be done using the hooks provided by the WooCommerce. We have tested it many themes and all the themes that are following the woo standards, works fine with our plugin.
We have explained the things. It’s up to you now to understand it logically or not. You told me you are developer than you probably understand the issue. No theme or plugin owner will take the responsibility of issues caused by the other themes and plugins as there are millions of theme and plugins out there and not everyone follows standard. Thanks

1st time also it didn’t’ work and you even didn’t’ fixed it. I had to modify some codes from my end to fix those issues. Then how you can say that it worked 1st time? So come out from dream world. Common buddy, I can be wrong, but see your whole comment section. How is this possible that your 90% buyers are having same kind of issues.
2nd I am not a professional developer, I just learn little little from internet and fixed. If my type of noob can fix it then why your type of professional who is author of plugin itself can’t fix it?
is it really your plugin or you cheated someone and took his/her plugin and start selling? Because it seems you don’t know your own plugin’s in out..
Does this plugin have the functionality in the back end to list all orders related to a pickup location and view or export them? These lists are important to us.
