Hello, I have recently purchased ChatBot for WordPress, now I would like to buy KnowledgeBase Glossary, FAQ & HelpDesk ChatBot, can I buy only KnowledgeBase plugin or do I have to buy the whole package including ChatBot? If so, won’t there be any conflict in the plugins? Thank you, Pikora

The ChatBot is integrated with the KBx, so you can’t purchase without that. However, you can turn off the ChatBot feature that comes with the KBx and there won’t be any conflict.

This can happen if you disabled all the Support items like email, FAQ etc. from the Start menu. You can disable the Support icon from Settings->Icons and Themes->Bottom Icon Settings

1. I will have posts containing text transcript of audio and the matching audio will be attached to the post. Can the bot search for posts that match the user query, return the most relevant but return the playable audio if it exists?
2. Following on from above, if I use DialogFlow and / or GPT-3 can I provide context of the active user (profile, chat history, comments, related data, etc.) and this fine-tuning training data (instead of few-shot learning) is included in the AI generated response?
3. A mix of all of the above to create the most “intelligent” chat bot possible to answer user questions and queries.

Multi language is supported through another premium addon. Popular multi language plugins do not work with our ChatBot.
Our conversational form pro addon can show conditional responses using HTML or text field. But direct redirect to another URL is not supported.

Hi, would it be possible to hide some of the automatic answers of the bot? My client doesnt want the message ” Bot has joined the chat ” and also doesnt want the “Hi Im BotName” after the bot asks for the name of the client. Can I hide this messages even with css?
Yes, you can choose the option Skip Greetings and Trigger an Intent. Also, disable the 1st message. Both from General settings.

In a Multiste network, the bot scan information all network sites(subdomains) or only the main domain
Because we have a main site, a store in a subdomain and a blog in other subdomain and we like that bot could find post, products that are in the same domain but in differents subdomains

Currently, such features are not available. As this is a WordPress plugin it must be installed on a WordPress site. But after installing on a WordPress site, you can use an embed code to display the Bot on any other site.
