Hello, is it possible to deactivate all available rooms once the whole building has been booked? We have 6 rooms for rent but the whole building can also be rented, but only when no rooms have been booked. Thank you for replying.
Hello there, there is no exact option in the plugin by default, however there is a workaround to sync accommodations between each other. Such method will still require manual admin control to avoid any kind of issues

Hello there, unfortunately, there is currently no option to display the guest name in the calendar instead of the booking ID. We do have such feature request and keep collecting feedback from our users. In case there are more requests, we might consider adding such an option to the plugin in future
Is there a way I can edit this in the PHP script? I can see in bookings-calendar.php it may be possible I just do not know the reference id to replace the string pointing to display booking#, any help is greatly appreciated
Such changes appear to be a matter of major customization, which requires custom development. I am afraid there is no easy and quick way to achieve that

Thanks for your question. By default, there is no any integration with google map yet. We did not have a chance to test our plugin with the one you referred to.

Yes, the number of rooms left is shown in the availability calendar when you hover over the date. You may check the demo.
i do check the demo before.. i wanna confirmation about the number will follow for remaining room.. if someone made a booking, it will show new remaining room on calendar.. before booking 10 room on calendar, after 1 booking made, it will show new 9 available room..

Hi is it possible to include the taxes in the overview and widgets? The option is on and its included only in the single Detailpage and Bookingprocess, not in the overview per shortcuts. Thank You
The price of the taxes and fees is shown if a traveler specified their arrival and departure dates and the number of guests – so that per-guest and per-day charges can be included, too. So the sum calculated is based on the guest’s search parameters.
Please note that if a guest didn’t specify their search parameters, such as arrival and departure dates and the number of guests, they will only see a text notification (+ Taxes and fees)

Thanks for your question. There is no option for reward points in the Hotel Booking plugin. As for the HB WooCommerce Payments add-on so it can not be used either for this purpose.

Hello there, yes, you may use Pay on arrival payment method, so your guests could book without online payment. You may also hide payment methods completely, so users could just book a stay

By default, the layout of single accommodation type depends on post layout of your theme. If you wish to modify it you might need to override the files of your theme creating a file for accommodation post type and apply custom CSS styles.

It is possible to set a minimum stay rule for 7 nights and then it will say ‘per 7 nights’ next to the price.

By default, there is no option to include all the booking information in WooCommerce email templates.

Unfortunately, we can not promise that this can be released in one of the nearest updates because there were requests with higher priority. There is no technical documentation. The freelance developer may take a look at plugin files to find the proper information.

The application was created for property owner or administrators. It is possible to install application on the devices of different users and connect them to your site. You will need to create different keys for different users like employees to let them connect to your site.

The Hotel Booking plugin is included in the Luviana theme. There is included older version of the Hotel Booking plugin because the theme is not updated as often as the stand-alone plugin. The plugin is valid and works correctly while it will miss the features that were released recently.

I am not sure I got your point, are you referring to using mobile calendar for adding bookings? If so, I am afraid there is no such option available

No, the themes are not included into Hotel Booking plugin. The themes include Hotel Booking plugin but the version of the plugin depends on the frequency of theme updates and it is not updating immediately after the release of a new version of the plugin. So if you want to use theme and get immediate updates for Hotel Booking plugin it is recommended to purchase both – booking theme and booking plugin.
Thanks for your question. The design of the page depends on your theme. There is no predefined layout to chose for the page of the accommodation type. You might need to override the styles or template of the post type page in order to get a custom design.
