hi, if I sync my website with booking.com and decide to close a room on Booking it results as unavailable on the website too? as if it was booked?
There is an option at Booking.com whether to export bookings only or bookings& closed dates . When you choose option to close either bookings and closed dates then our plugin will import all those events to block the dates on the website.

The Hotel Booking plugin works on per night basis. You may indicate a maximum capacity however there is no possibility to set a minimum required capacity for the reservation. Hi, a question before buying the plugin, from your tutorial the calendar link is ics extension, Booking only supports ical, how can you generate the link?
Thanks for your question. ICS is a proper format for iCal media type so you do not need to generate anything additionally. You may use the links from Bookings > Sync Calendar.

Hi, thanks for your question. Yes, the option of the deposit charge is available when you enable the conformation mode by online payments. The client will pay the deposit to confirm the reservation and the balance will be paid on arrival.

Hello there, you may use Attributes feature and filter search results by additional parameters, e.g. location, amenities etc. You may set up the plugin per your desire – either be able to check availability of certain room and book it right away or be redirected to search results page and select desired room there.

Hi, I’ve just tested the CSS code and it works properly. It hides Book Now button and shows Confirm Reservation button only. If you do not like the name of the Confirm Reservation button you may change it by editing translation of the plugin.

You can use the CSS code that I’ve sent previously and edit translation of the ‘Confirm Reservation’ button to ‘Book Now’ and it will work as you request.
I have a problem with the calendar on iphone, it always appear to big and doesn’t resize to the width of the screen. How can I correct that ?

I bought the plugin for a website with three houses that you can rent. They are all in the same area so you can book multiple houses if you want. For each type of accomodation I used the capacity parameter. One house is 16 people maximum, the other 4 and then 2.
In the booking settings there is no global capacity parameter. So how can I set the maximum number of adults et children ? I tried 22 adultes and 21 children. But that exceed the capacity of the 3 accomodations.
If a do a search with 16 adults and 10 children it recommend the 16 people accomodation. Even though 26 people is way over the maximum capacity of that accomodation.
How can I prevent that ?

If it does not show the proper information for your types of accommodation then you may disable it at Accommodation > Settings. Then you may keep 22 adults and 21 children in the general capacity selector of the search form.
Hi, when a client choose “Pay on arrival” and “Bank transfer” how can you set to have the booking in Yellow (pending) on the calendar and not Green (confirmed) since he didn’t pay. Thanks
Thanks for your question. By default, there is assigned Confirmed status for the bookings that were placed with a Bank Transfer or Pay on Arrival options.There is no way to color the dates in yellow so far.
So the admin must manually change the color of the booking (to pending) ... because if the customer does not pay, the days remain booked in any case. What solution can be adopted manually? thx

Hi, there is no possibility to change the default status of the the reservation that was added by Bank Transfer. Thanks for your question. The Hotel Booking plugin allows you to use seasons to add different price per night for different days of the week. Also it allows you to set a variable pricing per 1 night depending on any custom stay period.
