The lite version was created for very basic use cases that do not require a lot of features to work.

Did you please follow these steps in order to switch from the lite version to the pro one?

1- Download the ZIP file that contains your pro version from Envato.

2-Go to your WordPress dashboard > deactivate and uninstall the lite version and make sure that it does no longer exist on your plugins list (your data is safe and won’t be affected by this update)

3-Go to your WordPress menu > plugins > add new plugin > upload plugin > select the ZIP file you downloaded in step 1 and click on install > activate your plugin.

I have some other questions: 1) is it possible duplicate a survey? For example, if I have already created a survey, can I duplicate it easily clicking a button? 2) When I export the survey in csv format, is it possible to export each single user’s votes? 1. Yes, it is possible to duplicate a poll by using our “duplicate poll” extension or by saving it as a preset and importing it every time you need to create a similar poll. 2. It is possible to export all of the entries of your users from the logs section’s export option where you can find multiple pieces of information such as the status of the entry, data and time, the poll’s name, the user login, and the details and pieces of information of his submission,

Now regarding your question, TotalPoll does not support including an accordion question where you can choose the question that you want to answer at the moment since it is a poll plugin.

As an alternative solution, you can use one of our other products, TotalSurvey (please visit this link if you want to know more about it: https://totalsuite.net/product/totalsurvey/)

You can add a dropdown question and redirect the user to the right question depeding on his answer.

Please note that this plugin does not offer the ability to display the results to the public (you can visualize them on your admin dashboard only)

Seems to work now I’m looking for a solution where users can only vote once based on their ip adress, have to fill out a reCaptcha and where the voting result isn’t displayed after voting. Would this work with this plugin?

Now regarding your question: - Yes, it is possible to limit the number of votes to one per user based on IPs (our product comes with an IP based frequency limitation and many other limitation features) - Our plugin has a reCaptcha option that you can enable and configure from the settings. - You can hide your vote results or display them depending on your need. This option can be controlled from the poll’s options as well.
