Currently it works if the user signs up to a subscription, but not if the user selects a date, then a free trial?

The Wishlist or In-stock notification email are made by a 3rd plugin, too.
But for the last time we checked with Automate Woo, the plugin builds its own way to send email. and its email templates. It use wp_mail function to send email. Therefore, you can use this plugin to design it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/9mail-wp-email-templates-designer/

What about: Advanced Shipment Tracking, TrackShip, and ShopMagic?
We have built the compatibility with Advanced Shipment Tracking, but there’s a few changes in their latest version, so we may need to check again if there’s any issue between the 2 plugins.

Is it possible with this plugin to send based on the address if the customer get’s a Dutch or German email?
So orders with will be delivered to Germany wil get German email’s and shipping addresses in the Netherlands will get a Dutch email.

Yes, in the premium version, you can add rule to each template. Among the rules, there’s one for the billing address: https://prnt.sc/yr80wRnyfqds
This rule allows you to send different email templates based on customer’s billing address.
There’s also one rule for languages if you use multilingual plugin, which allows you to send different email templates based on customer’s selected language.
But currently, we don’t have rule for Shipping address yet.

Hello, when customer wanna reply to email about order, he send his email only to email address from which the mail was sent. Is possible to add another email address to reply? So when customer wanna reply, he will get predefinet send to 2 email addresses (like Reply-To: 1st@address.com,2nd@address.com). Thx for help.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Yes, the CSS to change the font to Google fonts is supported in the premium version. But there’s one note when you use it. It depends on the receiver Mail app if it supports the font you use. If the Mail App of your customers does not support the font, it’ll use the default font instead.

Please make sure you drag the hook to the correct place. The hook should be in its place in the WooCommerce default email.
For example, if our plugin is deactivated and you send a WooCommerce email, the bank details in that email is below the order table, then you would need to drag the WC Hook to below the Order details, and select the hook “woocommerce_email_after_order_table”
One more thing, please test the hook with a real order email, please don’t use testing function in this case.

In webmail we see the email is the same we designed. But when you open the same email in outlook (2010) images are show as 600px width. And the email width goes to 1360 px. Please see screenshots. Can you help us with this issue?

Yes, when you switch from free version to pro version, the templates will be kept. But if you switch back from pro to free version, I recommend checking again the templates, as in the pro version, there’re components, elements and settings that are not available in the free version.
I am able to style the YITH Request a Quote email using the default template as you mentioned. In doing so, does this also modify other email templates such as invoices? I want to customize the YITH quotation email template without affecting other default WC emails. Thanks.
Invoices email has its own template and is one of the WooCommerce emails. So if you customize the “Default Template”, but the Invoices email has its own template already, there’s no problem.
If you customize the form of the “Default Template”, like header, footer, suggested products,... All other Woo emails that are created by 3rd plugins (the ones that are displayed in the form of Default Template) will be affected. But it does not affect WooCommerce original emails, as long as there’re templates assigned for them.
