I have a website that uses a “generic” WP theme.

This theme is having some kind of conflict where the mobile menu button is not showing up.
Will your plugin make it so that the mobile menu can be displayed on phones ?

UberMenu will create its own mobile menu button that will open UberMenu on mobile.
That said, I naturally don’t know anything about why your current mobile menu isn’t working, so it’s possible that the same issue could impact any menu on your site, including UberMenu – without knowing more I can’t say for sure, though I wouldn’t expect there to be an issue.

You can integrate UberMenu via shortcode – see Shortcode
I’m not familiar with the Brizy builder, but as long as you can add a custom block that processes shortcodes, you should be able to integrate UberMenu that way.

Hi, is there any way to create (the first level submenu) a stacked horizontal menu and the 2nd and 3rd mega-menu for each stack?
basically to have the main menu in the top horizontal stack and in the second horizontal menu (under the main) the stacked 2nd level menu items, for each selected main menu item of course. Something like: https://www.gasnetworks.ie/home/ but the 2nd horizontal menu dynamically change before you select.

You can create a multi-level mega dropdown with UberMenu if that’s what you’re looking for. Your example site is actually two separate menus, not a multi-level mega menu, which is why the “top level” doesn’t change the “second level”.

Since we have cache plugin, issue is : - Once we flush cache and open the page first time in MOBILE then mobile cache is generated and then if someone visit home page in desktop then mega menu is broken because responsive classes are added now. HTML is same to cache.
What is the solution for this?

The sticky header would generally be controlled by the theme, not UberMenu itself. So normally the way this would go is that the theme would apply a class when the header is in the sticky state, and you could custom style the menu based on that class. (If you want just a sticky menu then we have an extension for that, but a sticky header is more common).

in the default language everything works normally, in the second one which is English the main menu does not appear properly lately and I would like you to help me! Is it from you? Is it from wpml? Is it from Total Theme?

I’m not sure exactly what you mean, as fiverr uses two separate menus, not two different levels in the same menu. You can create multiple menus with UberMenu, however if your theme only has one menu currently, you’ll likely need to manually integrate the second, and there is no built-in management of different menus on different parts of your site if that is what you’re looking for. So it can be done, but understand what you’re looking for there is more than just what is controlled by the menu itself.

The question is i bought ubermenu many times ago but never used… now i need give a 2nd chance BUT my question is i need 2 menus on all pages.. 1: Does Ubermenu seemlessly works with the multilingual plugin “Polylang” – even the free version?
2: The menu we are planning to build will be quite big- so is there a way to simplify the process of creating the menus for every language or do i really have to set up them up manually for every language? (Will Carbon Copy help?)
3: We will work with “segmented menu” – will that cause problems with Polylang?

1. We’ve seen customers use UberMenu successfully with Polylang, but we don’t have any specific feature support for it. From what we’ve seen they work together well, but we haven’t done specific testing for that plugin. We do work with the WPML team to maintain compatibility with the WPML multilingual solution.
2. Generally multilingual plugins will automatically translate the menus so that should be seamless, but it would definitely depend on Polylang’s implementation.
3. Unfortunately I can’t say, it will depend on how Polylang is implemented.

when generating mega menu are woocommerce categories automatically imported to menu? We got 13 main categories and 800 subcategories and manually it’s a ton of work to manually insert this.

You can use UberMenu’s Dynamic Terms functionality to automatically generate your category items. But of course 800 would almost always be way too many menu items to add to any menu from a UX perspective, so keep that in mind.

Sorry but your support ticket system does not work. I have a license and neither the plugin recognises it, neither the support system. Please short it out asap.
