I can get a feed from Instagram after authentification from my own account.
But to have a feed only from one specfic hashtag on Instagram does not work for me. No matter what I do I get no feed there. Is this feature currently working? Thank you.

I have already answered this question in my last message. he Any Facebook page you want to get its feed must be connected to the plugin. Yes it is possible to order items randomly. From Social Streams > Stream Settings page navigate to the Display Setting tab and set the Ordering option on Random.

For Twitter, you can get feed from any public page. You just need to connect your own Twitter account to the plugin.
But for Facebook, you can only get feed from the pages you manage and you have connected to the plugin. You can not get feed from other Facebook page you have not under control.

1. I see you are trying to get feed from Facebook pages which you have not connected to the plugin. As an example in your created Social Stream you will be only able to get feed from page 101412421391802 facebook.com/PinJoor
2. I am also getting an error related to your Facebook connection. This is the error “Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons.”
You need to remove your current connection and reconnect your Facebook account again.

I think the problem could be related to your API credentials setting. If you have not set up your API credentials yet:
1. First of all please, make sure you are up to date with the latest version v3.9.11 of AX Social Stream plugin.
2. From your WP Dashboard, browse to Stream Settings > API Credentials tab and setup your API credentials for each network following to our documentation https://axentmedia.com/ax-social-stream-docs/#api-credentials

There is a conflict between the carousel library our plugin uses and the other carousel plugin you are using on your website.
In fact, it is not only working when you change the carousel to 1 row layout. We checked the code and there is no problem in the code. conflicts are sometimes very difficult to solve.

- PHP version (it most be at least v7.2.5)
cURL version and OpenSSL version to support SSLv3

I’ve seen for Flow-Flow supports at least FB and Youtube.. If you could add Twitter & IG would be home and dry 
Our plugin supports Facebook (posts shared by you), YouTube and IG (not hashtag feeds) as well. Facebook comments are already showing and there is no problem. The fix for YouTube and IG will be released in the next 2 days.
As I explained, feature to get comments is not provided by the Twitter and other networks APIs. Our plugin works with the official APIs and we can not get data as long as they do not provide this feature!

You can only get the feed of Facebook Pages you have under management within the Facebook account you are authenticating your Facebook app with or, your Facebook account has a role in that Facebook Page.
