I have a problem with autoplay. The movie does not play automatically. The same goes for the advertisement – the advertisement is shown, but you have to start it manually. How to solve this problem? I used the autoplay setting but it doesn’t start.

I used your plugin it is taken over my existing player outlook. Moreover, when we used your player shortcode in elementor it is opening in full width and other elements are getting hide.
Kindly let me know how to mitigate it.

we tried a lot to use this video player through multiple ways, but none of them worked properly, when ever we tries to integrate this player in our website, many error starts to show, all blocks of elementor gets disappear and the whole page goes blank and just a player shows up, totally disappointing.
please initiate our refund so that we could move to another video player which can run perfectly.

Please Help My player will not play any videos from any source. I am Sure it is just how I am setting something up. I can get the player to show up on the page but then it will not load my HLS or youtube videos

Seems this product has turned into a scam. Here’s why, for months now people have been asking for support. Check the comments history. The dev says he has COVID 5 months now, whilst i sympathize, I ask myself who has COVID for five months and lives!!! Also its piss poor that he does not have a team to help with support and development after making so much money both this plugin and others. Here’s the scam, buy the plugin and I will pity you after saying I have COVID. This is a business pal you need to do better!! ENVATO should remove you and this plugin for failing to support. DO NOT BUY THIS UNTIL THE DEV SUPPORTS HIS PRODUCT
