Hello, I just installed Active eCommerce CMS, then I want to enter the admin and I get this message (Something went wrong! Sorry for the inconvenience, but we’re working on it. Error code: 500) only happens with the admin user

1- after i bought the code i install it locally, should i run the update file or no need? 2- when i added new product i have saved it as draft now i cant purplish it, how can i ? 3- when i go to customer and want to make edit take me out to webpage means i could not edit any customer, how can i edit customer? 4- how can i charge customer and seller wallet, are they can buy from their wallet?

1. if you have installed older version you can run update, otherwise no need. 2. You can publish the product from product list. 3. Send us your cPanel and admin credentials to check the issue. 4. You can not edit wallet balance from admin panel. If you activate wallet system customer and sellers can use wallet to purchase.

I Purchased Yesterday, In Digital Products when they are buying it why it showing home delivery this is completely out of digital product right, and when clicking email test it goes to 400 Page Not found, Iam facing alot of glitches mainly in digital products it will not show home delivery

This is not mandatory to have all Extended Licence if you will purchase the main item’s Extended Licence. You can install regular licensed addon.

Yes this have related item section.From language settings you can change the “Related product”.It maintains the same category and from last browsing history of customer if the user is logged in on your web application.

Please add more Homepage banner sections in this script because it will look more attractive and we as a site owner can show products ads on it. Some of the banner sections size you can add are as follows, Recommended banner sizes 1300×145, 640×145 and 640×290. And please update footer design little bit because it looks little old make it modern like your (The Shop Script) footer.
