I have a pre-sale question: currently I am using the free version, and it is installed on a multisite environment with subsites. It is working, but there are no download links in the emails from any of the subsites (only the main site). I am also using the plugin “wooglobalcart” so that I have one cart across the whole website. The developer of that plugin helpt me with adding a line of code in the “style-3.php” that now shows the product images from the subsites in the emails. This had to be done within the plugin because there are no templates to put in a child theme? Is there a way to also add a code that shows the download link for downloadable products from the subsites?

Thank you for your reply and looking into this. I am sorry, I think I did not explain the problem correctly:
I have a main site: https://www.avpstock.com
and 4 subsites within the multisite network:
https://www.avpstock.com/music https://www.avpstock.com/sound-effects https://www.avpstock.com/videos https://www.avpstock.com/photosI use the wooglobalcart plugin to have a cart across the whole site. The checkout is located at the main site: https://www.avpstock.com
So when you add a product to the cart in lets say, https://www.avpstock.com/music. Then the product, with the image and and the download link is send over to the main site and you can download the product after the checkout. But when you receive an email, You won’t see any images or download links from the other subsites because the checkout is at the main site.
The developer from the wooglobalcart plugin added a few lines of codes in the file “style-3.php” (https://wooglobalcart.com/documentation/loop-though-the-cart-items/) so now any images from products from any of the subsites show up in the email after the checkout on the main site. But there was no option modify a file to also add the download link from subsites.
I hope there is a way to achieve this

For custom order status, if the status appears in WooCommerce settings > Emails, the Default Template will be applied to this status.
Regarding Automatewoo emails, we’re recently working on building compatibility, but it can’t be done instantly. So far, they’re not fully compatible yet.

Hi, our client has bought a licence for this plugin and we are in charge of customize their emails, in fact there is only 3 emails to customize because they only use those 3.
The thing is that as soon as we install the plugin, every email seems to have a default template from your plugin, even before we didn’t customized it yet, and replacing their original woocommerce templates. That is a problem because you can find texts in english (my client is spanish) and things like “YOUR LOGO” on top.
Is there any way to, having the plugin activated, not “apply” the new templates until we customize them? As soon as we realized the whole thing got replace, we quickly deactivated the plugin, but of course now we can not customize them.
Shall we erase or “unpublish” all the plugin default emails to start from scratch?

1. Based on the previous comment that you made, I also checked your online documentation. It seems to me that if if an email template is from a 3rd party plugin, we are not able to edit that email template via your plugin (can only see it but not edit it). Is this correct?
2. If I am OK with the current woo commerce email templates, but just want to make a little bit changes. After installing your plugin, will all woo default templates be disable and can only edit the templates based on the templates inbuilt in your plugin, or, will I be able to edit the current templates (the templates before installing your plugin) via your plugin?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Regarding your queries:
1. You can customize the header, footer, and some other components, except for the email content. The email content can only be customized from the 3rd plugin. That means, if you have several plugins and they all send their own email templates, each time their emails are sent, the content changes following how it is in its original plugin, but the email form (including header, footer,...) will be kept.
2. After activating our plugin, all WooCommerce original email templates will be replaced by ours. But you can re-build them by creating a new blank template and make them similar to the original Woo templates, then add the changes you want.

I supposed you’re mentioning the Item Support, this service is 6-month duration, including: technical questions about the item’s built-in features, functionality and third party plugins.

First, please deactivate our plugin, send a test email to see which position the booking summary and deposit payment links are displayed on WooCommerce email. Then with our plugin activated, drag the WC Hook to that place, please remember to try with all 3 hooks.
