Hi Plugin authors. Latest version does no allow reordering in image gallery element while desiging or editing the element in the backend editor. please advice.

Hi – how can I override the template used by the ‘Product Page’ element?

I understand it utilises ‘content-single-product.php’ but I wish to use a custom template solely for use by the element, not on the product pages.

Attempts to override this have failed as I believe the template is loaded independently and so doesn’t respond to conditional arguments.

Hello, since updating WP to version 5.9 I’m having a problem in the media grids: I cannot drag the images to reorder them. it doesn’t throw an explicit error in the js console but simply the images are not moved all plugins are updated, WPB version is 6.8.0 Did you receive similar complaints ? Thanks in advance

DO NOT buy WPBakery! A bunch of us have lost control of our sites and they are a mess, It’s impossible to edit anything on the pages any more with this product. The page editor is a mess, the pages are full of html and css code all thrown on the page in a jumble. It’s hampered the customizer as well. They won’t let me use my license to edit locally with Flywheel Local so I can fix the site off line. After weeks of trying to get help they told me they can’t fix anything.But then they send me an email today to tell me my support has expired, could I please renew it. FOR WHAT!? They told me they can’t fix it and won’t let me fix it but then conveniently remind me to renew my support after weeks of ignoring me. This plug in is now worthless, do not buy any theme that includes it.

Is it possible to NOT display the code blocks of WPBakery elements in the post grid? I have CTA buttons added in the beginning of some of my posts, but in the post grid this code is printed. Can this be fixed or handled somehow?

Here is the Polylang team. I’m contacting you about the images which disappear on the front with your 6.8.0 version (no issue with 6.7.0) with Polylang (when the module media is deactivated). The issue is located in include/helpers/helpers.php at line 45.

Replacing

$attach_id = apply_filters( ‘wpml_object_id’, $attach_id );

by

$attach_id = apply_filters( ‘wpml_object_id’, $attach_id, ‘attachment’, true );

will solve the issue with Polylang and WPML too. This issue also occurs with WPML when the media are not translated (WPML > Settings > Media (attachment): “Not translatable” checked). I run some test with WPML too and the fix that we propose doesn’t get any side effects for WPML.

I use this vc_templates and inside a shortcode template I am using wpb_getImageBySize function.

It all works fine however when Polylang plugin is activated, this line of code:

$attach_id = apply_filters( 'wpml_object_id', $attach_id );

Is not properly filled with arguments that “wpml_object_id” needs and in this case the polylang plugin returns empty attachment ID because it is unable to find the translation for this. The “wpml_object_id” has 4 args:

icl_object_id( $id, $type = 'post', $return_original_if_missing = false, $lang = '' )

So to make it working I have manually added this fix on your file (function):

$attach_id = apply_filters( 'wpml_object_id', $attach_id, 'attachment', true );

I hope you can fix this issue on your end.

Hello, in the latest version (v6.8.0), all of the settings have been removed for the Administrator Role. Now we can’t set the Backend editor as the default editor instead of the classic editor. So every time a new page is created, we have to click on the Backend Editor button before being able to use the editor. Can you please bring this setting back? Thank you.

I have several websites where I had to install the WP Bakery editor at the time and now, after updating the template version of some of them, I see that the initially installed version is having problems with the incompatibility theme.

I see that the individual license costs $56 on the official website, so I don’t understand the cost here on Envato ($64). Is it valid for multiple sites or just one? What is the difference between the plugin sold here and the one offered on the official page (https://wpbakery.com/wpbakery-page-builder-license/)?

I would need to buy multiple licenses to upgrade multiple sites and would like to know if I have to buy them individually at $56 or can I get new ones at a discount when I buy multiple?

I just bought the plugin, I like it very much. I only have one request, if it is possible to implement in the future. When I select Raw HTML Settings, the color for entering code is almost unreadable, if you could please darken the color a bit more, it would be a great help. Thanks karina

HI! I set post masonry in a page, then I translate with WPML. In firefox it works, but in Chrome it doesn’t… In Chrome It shows the same of italian post…why?

WP Bakery is no longer working for me after the new WP update last week. When I go to a post there is no WP Bakery frontend or backend option and I’m also getting this error message. “custom.css could not be created. Not available to create js_composer directory in uploads directory (js_composer).” I paid for this product and would really appreciate a fix for this. Is there a conflict with WP Bakery and the new WP update?
