Hello I have already installed the free version and I just bought the regular license but I can not use it. I just download it and when I am trying to upload it on my site I am getting an max limitation upload error. Thank you

Hi there! Which error message do you get exactly? Regards, Matthew :-)

I paid $51.75 US$ for the Pro license and have not got that version in the download. Please fix. e5de8910-6782-4dec-9a78-03db265a104c – 13 Jan 2022 REGULAR LICENSE barrywolfe48@gmail.com

Hi there! Perhaps this could be interesting for you: https://devowl.io/knowledge-base/codecanyon-upgrade-free-to-pro-version/ . Please let me know, if you have any further questions. Regards, Matthew :-)

Hello I have done all of the steps in “How can I install the PRO version.

At step 3 I get this screen:

Downloads | CodeCanyon.png Under the top Download (the bottom one is for my other website) I clicked the top and bottom lines in sequence.

Here is the message I get for the 855 file:

In the plugins table I click on upload, and there is nothing that uploads. If I enter real media library in row search paneI get a screen that says the plugin is already active, and then I get the following, screen shot of my plugins list:

Plugins ‹ This Is Wilmot! — WordPress.png There is no prompt to enter the license key as I NEVER GOT AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH A KEY CODE WHEN I ORDERED IT!!!!

Something, it appears to me, has gone wrong at your end, as I never got the confirmation email and license key. There is nowhere to upgrade at my end that I can find.

RSVP with fix, please, Barry Wolfe

Hi again! Sorry for the troubles. I will try to explain the article https://devowl.io/knowledge-base/codecanyon-install-wordpress-plugin/ a bit more with screenshots.

1. Navigate to https://codecanyon.net/downloads

2. Download the files for Real Media Library (see https://i.imgur.com/AQm38T5.png).

3. Unzip the downloaded file

4. You will find an installable real-media-library.zip file

5. Deactivate the free version if installed

6. Navigate to your WordPress and upload the real-media-library.zip file (https://i.imgur.com/MsiaDId.png)

I purchased another license for Real Media Library Pro. I paid $51.75 US before taxes and got a screenshot saying “Payment complete An email confirmation is coming your way.” I did not get an email with the license code numbers. The download shows on my plugins page as (FREE) not the Pro version. Fix this, please. barrywolfe48@gmail.com https://thisiswilmot.ca

Hi, I bought 5 licenses. My problem is that media is not showing anymore in the folders. The folderstructure is still visible but the loading spinner just keeps spinning. Best, Erik

Hi there! What version of Real Media Library do you currently use? Regards, Matthew :-)

Hi Matthew, the version is 4.17.6. But… please ignore my question. it looks like there was a Hosting problem. Everything works again as expected. Thank you for you fast reply! Erik

After I click to add media, there are no items and it becomes blank.

ver 4.17.6

Hi,

I have a site I purchased this plugin for a few years ago that has not been updated. It currently has version 2.4.2. When I tried to upgrade to the current version, all existing galleries were blanked / no longer had their corresponding media files associated with them. Can you advise the best course of action to upgrade without losing those associations?

Hi there! Can you please contact us via https://devowl.io/support so we can process with the migration to the newest version? Sorry for the troubles! Regards, Matthew :-)

We use the plugin with many folder. the media library in backend is very slow, can you help us with an admin access ?

thank you

Hi there! Apologies for the delayed response. How many folders have you currently active? Regards, Matthew :-)

3165 folders… 300 mains folders (foreach user) and sub folders foreach

Hi activis,

That shouldn’t be an issue for Real Media Library. Can you please open a support ticket at devowl.io/support with access to your WordPress backend that someone from our tech support team can take a look at your questions?

Thanks!

Best regards,

Jan

Relied in your other comment.

Hi We are having compatibility issues with this latest version. Is it possible for us to gain access to older versions of the plugin for testing purposes?

Cheers

Hi there! What version do you have currently active? Regards, Matthew :-)

Hello!

when I try to upload folder with images (exactly in Media Library, or when I add new product or blog post and I need to add images), the folder is creating, images uploads. But the last one image is ALWAYS loads NOT to folder but in “UNCATEGORIZED”. And I need manually to put the last image to folder.

can you you fix it, please?

Hi there! Thanks for your message. Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue. Can you please share a short screencast video via https://devowl.io/support ? Regards, Matthew :-)

I added video and opened support ticket.

I am getting a conflict between this plugin and ACF gallery plugin.

Please open a support ticket at devowl.io/support with further information about the issue, and we are happy to help you. Thank you!

Hello, we’ve been using your plugin on a lot of websites for a long time and it’s really great. Now, however, we have a problem: we need the possibility that some user groups cannot see or change the folders. They should only upload and use their files, nothing more. Is there any way to do this? Perhaps with a modification in function.php?

Hi there! Thanks for your message. Here is Matthew. Unfortunately, due to the design of the media library and the permission system with media on WordPress itself, we do not have a way to restrict access to folders. But, you could checkout the hook API of Real Media Library (https://docs.devowl.io/real-media-library/hooks/index.html) and permit actions like folder creation. Regards :-)

How do I select a range of images to be moved to a folder? All I can find is a delete function?

Hi there! Just use the bulk select functionality, check files and drag them to your folder. Regards, Matthew :-)

Hi I cant add any subfolder. I selected a folder from the list, click icon ”+” to add the subtotal, but it pop up another window to ask “want to create subfolder?”, and lead me to this page. The function is prohibited. Is “subfolder” feature only available in pro version instead of free version?

Hi there! Yeah, the subfolder functionality is only available in our PRO version. We have changed this a long time ago as we had first a limit of 10 folders – but we thought, free users could profit more of unlimited folders. Regards, Matthew :-)

Hi Can I just drag any pictures to re-arrange the photos in the same folder? I mean drag the first photo to be the last photo. I can’t do it in free version, is this available in pro version?

Yeah, this is available in the PRO version: https://i.imgur.com/weK9kUY.png

Hello,

I bought the plugin today and can’t activate it with the purchase-code.

The error-message is “The theme/plugin with was not found.”

What am I doing wrong?

Sincerely, Maik

Hi there! How did you install Real Media Library? What is the folder name of the plugin within your wp-content/plugins/ folder? Regards, Matthew :-)

Hi, I need to reset the license to this plugin and the Real Physical Media Folders SEO Rewrites plugin.

I thought I could create an account on devowl.io to reset it myself. However, I cannot make an account with both of my licenses.

Hi there! Can you please your purchase codes you want to reset via https://devowl.io/support Regards, Matthew :-)
