Without creating a ticket, is there something I am doing wrong to not have the linkedin icon show up on the inline preview setup? I have put the correct URL however a question mark and ! keeps being shown instead…..

We have a financial advisor team member who has a verrrrrrrry long series of titles. Is it possible to change the team member box’s height (e.g. Grid Layout #2 / Style #2) so it’s a portrait rectangle with the name and title still sticking to the bottom? Otherwise, his face is completely covered in text.

Has anyone had issues with scrolling on the page after inserting the shortcode? We created a team on a brand new page with no prior CSS or coding, and inserted the shortcode. When we select “normal grid” and save, the rendered page has a problem scrolling. It’s almost like there’s too much data in the background and the page stops functioning. The scrolling issue is present with every option accept “Inline Preview”. Any idea how to fix this? A caching issue maybe? Thanks for your help!

Is it possible to have an “alt image” for each user?

This alt image would replace the main image for each user if the person viewing the website either hovered their mouse over the user, or they actually click the user’s image.

On some team showcase plugins, the image goes from black and white to color (or vice versa) when the site visitor hovers their mouse over the image (or clicks the image) – we want the same type of effect, except to replace the image with a “funny” photo of that user.

Shortcode isn’t working. I Publish the page, it shows in WordPress, not when I open up the site/page in a different browser, where I’m not signed into WordPress. I update and add shortcode in Chrome, publish it in WordPress. Page shows up in Chrome/signed into WordPress. When i look at page in a different brwser, Edge, Safari, etc. Page is not there??? Can you please assist?

I put the shortcode onto our Meet The Team page. It shows up when I preview it, but not when I open the page/site in a different browser. Have spent 1.5 days trying to figure out. HELP!

My client would like the modal template to work on phones just like it looks on desktop, with multiple team members on each row, not one by one mobile optimized. Where can I remove all the styling intended for mobile and have it appear just like in desktop mode.

I am using the inline square preview, i need the right hand side profile height to display all data as opposed to being cut off..

I did find this code .ctshowcase-all-team-members-details-col { height: auto !important; } in the comments above but it doesn’t seem to be working.. the left side’s height is just fine using the other code i found, but for some reason the right just won’t work.

any help appreciated.
