Pre-sale question, is this compatible with Uncode theme? I know a lot of custom team plugins don’t and just wanted to check.
The product seems to function well, but support is apparently not great. Reading through these comments, I see LOTS of people complaining that the author doesn’t reply to their tickets in a timely manner. I have the same issue. Put in a ticket, nothing but crickets.
Come on Infinue, do better supporting your customers. I have an open, unanswered ticket as well. Ticket #302.

When tapping on a team member image on a mobile screen, it flips to the name/title briefly before crashing my entire site. Any idea how I could fix this? I’m using a normal grid with left modal and Style 1, which works fine on desktop browsers. Also, beyond fixing the bug, is there a way for the modal info to show on mobile screens? Thx!

There should be a way to adjust the opacity yes.

We have a financial advisor team member who has a verrrrrrrry long series of titles. Is it possible to change the team member box’s height (e.g. Grid Layout #2 / Style #2) so it’s a portrait rectangle with the name and title still sticking to the bottom? Otherwise, his face is completely covered in text.
Has anyone had issues with scrolling on the page after inserting the shortcode? We created a team on a brand new page with no prior CSS or coding, and inserted the shortcode. When we select “normal grid” and save, the rendered page has a problem scrolling. It’s almost like there’s too much data in the background and the page stops functioning. The scrolling issue is present with every option accept “Inline Preview”. Any idea how to fix this? A caching issue maybe? Thanks for your help!

Is it possible to have an “alt image” for each user?
This alt image would replace the main image for each user if the person viewing the website either hovered their mouse over the user, or they actually click the user’s image.
On some team showcase plugins, the image goes from black and white to color (or vice versa) when the site visitor hovers their mouse over the image (or clicks the image) – we want the same type of effect, except to replace the image with a “funny” photo of that user.

Shortcode isn’t working. I Publish the page, it shows in WordPress, not when I open up the site/page in a different browser, where I’m not signed into WordPress. I update and add shortcode in Chrome, publish it in WordPress. Page shows up in Chrome/signed into WordPress. When i look at page in a different brwser, Edge, Safari, etc. Page is not there??? Can you please assist?
