I created a formal and tested it. I cleared the entry of my test so that entry [ARF_form_entryid] can start from 1. Please how can I clear all form entry and start [ARF_form_entryid] from 1.
Also how can I add 00 in front of [ARF_form_entryid]? so it will be 001

Sending forms results in {error}
We have three paid licenses for ARForms in use on three sites, luckily only one is already live – because recently the submission of a form ends with error:false – and now I’m supposed to pay again to fix such an error. Guys, are you serious? This is an absolute basic function for a form tool, and it shouldn’t just stop working.
A disaster on our site, by the way.
And, of course, no reply at all. This is everything else then good service. I did not place the bug, that obviously came with the last backup and made a lot of forms on our platform useless, for example this: https://www.alkohol-ade.com/datenloeschung-anfordern/
Although I was very happy with this plugin until now, I will have to look for an alternative, if I have to pay that you remove the bugs you made.

If we setup format for Date field and setup german localocation…then the value in confirmation email will still have the US format? If we buy your plugin then we will be able to change date Format in confirmation email? Right now i see no option in demo to have same format like in frontend.

We wanna purchase your plugin for some projects. But after we checked 5 minutes your plugin we have found a lot of issues. Example: In germany you need date format like: dd.mm.yyyy (05.01.2022). Also wordpress core supporting this date format and all themes.
Problem: Your date field supports only some simple date format, for example dd/mm/yyyy which is not good for germany. In germany you need to use dd.mm.yyyy! Why its not possible? And is it possible to solve that without custom coding to solve this basics?
If you have german visitor on your website you need correct format! 
I can see a lot of users asking about this issue in history. This option is very general and very important. So its dramatic if your plugin cant handle this. Do you plan to fix it?
We try to solve it via right sidebar > Input field options -> calender date format -> but here we see only simple options like 01/05/2022 and Jan 05, 2022… but ther eis no germany date format. :(
If you click on field-options and setup “germany” for date field localication, its also not solve that issue. Thats strange. Nobody using this plugin in germany or wanna have the correct format for his german website?
b) Your plugin have only google recaptcha spam protection? This is not good. Because this option is not allowed in europe (user can opt-out this service in cookie popup regarding to GPDR. So to have only one captcha type is not good. Why you have not a simple math-captcha like most of all other form plugins?
c) and next big issue: why you have no honeypots? This are very effective to avoid spam. Do you plan to improve this basics soon? We plan to purchase your plugin for +40 websites but right now the situation is not good.
d) do you have build-in spam protection and its good working?
Hi Friend. Is it possible to deactivate the painfull spam protection? We wanna use only recaptcha or honeypot. Most of all users wrote here its not working fine and they have “spam detected” issues for most of all regular form submissions. I am asking myself we will have same issue? We have no time to waste in support issues/tickets here.

Regarding Date Format in Germany, ARForms depends on the WordPress date format. If you change the date format to German Format (dd.mm.yyyy) from WordPress > Settings > General section for your WordPress website then ARForms will display that format as well in the right sidebar of form editor.
Regarding GDPR, you can add a checkbox field in the form and make it require so that the form could not be submitted without checking that field.
Regarding Spam, ARForms has built-in hidden spam mechanism that will help you to protect from the spam entries. It will work like honeypot and it’s enabled by default.
Regarding the error ‘Spam Detected’ Can you show me when recently anyone complained about that?? I think you are seeing what you want to see.
you’ve seen was older and somewhere it’s generated due to some JavaScript conflicts caused by other plugins or theme. ARForms built-in captcha mechanism is working fine. However, You can disable it from ARForms > General Settings page.
Regarding math captcha, we’ll think on this and will see if we can consider in future.

I bought this product almost six years ago. The domain I used it on no longer exists. I tried using it on a new domain, but it tells me to reset my license. I tried that inside the plugin, but the screen just greys out.
I sent several emails and tried to send a message through the contact page – no answer. I created a support account. There is no option to reset my license and when I try to open a ticket to reset my license it tells me I need to pay for support.
What is this? Resetting my license is NOT support. Many plugins do it automatically when the plugin is installed on a new website. Others allow you to do it yourself. Even big plugins like WHMCS allow you to reset your license yourself.
Please reset my license, or allow me to do it myself. Thank you.

sorry for the trouble, Unfortunately your request through our contact us form received just 4 hours ago so, it would be just few minutes ago you posted this message. I apologize for missing any previous emails from your side. You can always reset your license but u could do it through domain where license was active and we kept it that way for your own security. If we could go into any domain and reset license externally then that would have been hacking.
Anyway, I got required information from your email and i have reset your license. Now you would be able to activate license on new domain without any problem.

It’s not possible to open the form popup via the URL. you can have it opened on different events like on load etc. , if you want to place the form in the menu then it’ll possible as ARForms does provide the facility to place the form directly in the menu and it’ll open the form popup.

I updated from version 3.7.1 to 5.6.2 and it completely crashed my site “There has been a critical error on your website.” luckily I had the older version backed up so I just downgraded and my site went back to normal

Please make sure you are not keeping copy of old arforms version under plugins folder and then also adding new folder. It will not work that way. you need to overwrite.
If still does not work then please extend your support and open support ticket so we can check and help you upgrading.

To be honest I have purchased 2 licenses of your product and extended the warranty at least 2 or 3 times to fix 3 issues over that period.
The product you created is great, but the extended warrenty shouldn’t go by the amount of months covered like physical equipment, but by a certain amount of fixes instead
example: $29.75 covers 10 fixes.
As you can see I have had any issues since v3.7.1 and the extended warranty I did purchase has ran out again.
