Hello Edentech Testing the demo I see that it is necessary to include a characteristic to the vendor subscription, such as the amount of sales for a month, days or years. It would be great if you added it for the next update.

You really need to improve the services section of the app. if services and their prices are displayed First instead of vendors, a situation will araise where maybe 100 services with same name Will be showing with different pricing as they are listed by different vendors. this is confusing to the person wanting to book. Instead the best option is to show vendors first then clients can open each vendor to see services offered and pricing. This can be achieved by what you have done on the grocery and fast food section where you have ( products and vendors) vendors is highlighted and comes first when someone opens on a certain category
i want to buy this app, i’m trying to run both driver n customer app but when i was placed an order and swipe the order from driver app it was always failed shown notification order doesnt belong to you on driver app, is it fixed on license app?

Hi Author, I really Love your script and I installed for a client…. but there are some features the client see which he complained to me….. why cant sub category be hidden from home page and let sub category be under Category on homepage that when customer click on the category, the sub-category will load, then the customer will pick among the sub-category to reach the service provider needed 2. In Services Categories is added and sub categories is not linked with anywhere in services then what is the use of adding sub categories. 3. In Services When a new vendor is joined in our App then he will choose from the category and sub category rather than a vendor will not create a service (edited) 4. In Services the problem with category/sub-category “when every vendor goes on adding new services then duplicity will occur and same services with different names will occur” 5. Vendor should raise a request for new service addon. And Admin will check it & add it in Main Category and Sub Category 6. If Every Service Vendor will keep on Adding all the services then nothing but repeatedly same services will get and rather than that if we create sub categories then they will just tick and select the services they want as it’s very easier for them

1. You can disable auto-assignment for any vendor 2. Payments are recorded for admin to see the amount from each vendor and you earning will be calculated. Online payment are sent to your payment gateway. 3. You can only load schedule date and time if a vendor allows order scheduling 4. Taxi map is working
1) If I disable auto assignment, did the vendor can deliver it with his staff and no need of delivery app , correct?

I am in Canada and the map location picker does not work. Cannot add delivery address or get nearby vendors. It keeps saying “unnamed”. when I click next the app throws an SQL error. All Api are functional and billing active.
After selecting desired service and pressing “continue” getting blank grey screen. Once you change hours to 2 hrs, it works or reduce it back to 1 hr, it will work for “continue”. Why not in first go?

Hello Eden Tech team, I bought your source code and found it very powerful, but something simple but I really missed was a client’s birthday on registration, if it’s interesting for you to add this simple feature I’ll be very grateful, with this I believe that the registration of customers could be more secure, my sincere thanks!
Currently we don’t plan to add this. As this is classified as a personal data and there is no use for it within the system. If the need for it arises we will look into adding it
Hello again Eden Tech team, right, to be quite honest this field would be a great option at least for my country, because here apps need to identify customers through a document called CPF, so I thought about the Date of Birth because it would be a function that would suit all countries, and the field of this function I would change here to CPF NUMBER which would open this door for me to launch my app, but anyway thanks for your attention, I wish you a great day. Hello EdenTech. I see that the front-end or ordering website is not complete with the features or design that the apps have. Do you plan to give a better finish? It is an alternative for those users who do not have enough space on their smartphone to install the apps, it would be good to have a website to match.

Pre-sale question – Currently considering your app to purchase and I have a few questions. Maybe there’s a roadmap established that already answered some of the question and if not I’ll ask here.
1. is there a plan to add a dispatch panel for dispatchers to manage order deliveries and place orders right from the panel (we have a dispatch team that manage customer call in orders and think would work great with taxi booking as well)
2. is there a plan for a hotel taxi booking and/or food delivery order (where hotel wil get a cut of the commission)
3. on admin backend demo, I did not see a role/permission manager to further customize the default role (admin, city-manager, vendor, etc…)
4. is it possible disable delivery boy and delivery fees setup functions from vendors (in our business model they’re managed by admin only)
5. is it possible to add function where customer can pick which vehicle type they want for food delivery at check out (willing to pay for the customization)
6. is it possible to set taxi booking fares base on city or state
7. lastly is there any delivery verification functions (eg. like a code end user provide to driver or allow driver to take photo, etc…)
