HI, we have used Cool Timeline Pro for some time and its been working great but now all of a sudden it doesnt display any stories anymore. Just a blank space. Latest version, tried updating shortcodes but then i get “You doesnt have any stories yet”... Any ideas what i can try?

Your vertical layouts have a nice alternating (left, right, left, right, etc.) design to them. Is it possible to do this with the horizontal layouts? It would be nice if there was an option to do top, bottom, top, bottom, etc. But your demos only show each date at the bottom.

I just purchased the “Cool Timeline Pro” plugin which is not actually what I wanted.. what I actually wanted was the “Timeline Widget Pro (Elementor Timeline Addon)” the way your website is setup is absolutely not user friendly and when I went to look at demos for the timeline widget and then went to purchase, it took me to the purchase page of the “Cool timeline pro” Could I please return the “Cool widget Pro” and purchase the timeline widget pro??? I think this should be possible since your site basically led me to the wrong page…this was not clear at all. Please let me know how we can move forward with the exchange. Thank you.

Updating to Version 4.1 | 09 Nov 2021 brocke all the CSS of my site. After rolling back to a previous backup, the site was back. There’s something wrong with this update, compared to Version 4.0.5 and earlier. You might want to look into that.

I also don’t see a way to update the plugin (I’m on version 3.0.1). Shouldn’t there be automatic update links showing?

Now the website is accessible.
I reinstalled an earlier version, and it works again.
The field “Story Date / Year” showed a wrong value. After downgrading it shows again the value for ctl_story_timestamp in the table post_meta.
