Hi, pre-sale question, I am testing your plugin on your websitein test mode, and I have a question.
when creating the demo i add the Stripe add-on.
I need to create a form where step 4 is a selection of between 3 options with the Radio button, so that the person who completes can only select one option.
Now what I need and I could not do is that it depends on that option that you chose in step 4, we are going to call it Options 4.1 / 4.2 / 4.3, on the step 5 charge an amount on credit card.
If you choose 4.1 I will charge you $ 10 If you choose 4.2 I will charge you $ 20 If you choose 4.3 I will charge you $ 30

I’ve checked your concern. If you’re setting one time payment then, You can use the radio button in the amount field of the Stripe Add-on configuration. Just make sure that the amount field does not have the value with currency sign.
If you’re setting up the subscription payment, then first you need to create the plans on your stripe account and then use those plan IDs in the Stripe Add-on configuration with conditional payment and you can achieve this.

ARForms Stripe Add-on does provide facility to map the amount field for the one time payment. You can use the Radio Button options as an amount field in the ARForms Stripe Payment Configuration.

are you trying to say that, in form you have image upload option and that image is not showing in pdf? there is no such known issue in ARForms. If you want us to check thoroughly then kindly extend support and open support ticket. So, senior support staff can assist you.

1. Signature will be stored at the wordpress folder and the URL of the signature will be stored in the database.
2. Yes, IP Address will be stored in the database when user submits the form and also can be visible in the form entries section.
3. ARForms does provide the facility to remove the form submission data from the database after sending emails. However, it’ll not remove the files stored on the folder. (for eg., generated PDF file for email, generated signature file, and uploaded file)

You can just go to arforms licensing section on the currently licensed site and just click remove license. If your current site does not exist then we will have to do it manually for you. For that please message me through message box of our codecanyon profile page with your purchase code.

It’s not directly possible to save the data to external database. However, ARForms does provide the facility to send the submited form data to third-party/custom URL where you can perform any type of operations and can store them at different database.
so you need to create one such page where ARForms will send data and you can insert in whatever table you want.

Seems that purchased license without extended support unable to get update from backend of wordpress the only way to update is to upload the new version zip file, I am communicating here because I don’t want to extend support while still have the rights to get update within backend of wordpress, now when i get notification that there is updates when activating view the new version 5.5.1 it shows plugin not found, so i suspected that arforms blocked sites without a renewed suppot.
There is no such thing. Please do not assume baseless things. We are committed to give free updates. But giving one click update luxury and not your rights. But this is not that issue as eventhough its not your rights we are giving one click updates to all customers so far. So may be your case is some other problem. And as you are not willing to get extended support so, i dont think i can do much about it.
But please be assured we have not blocked one click update for even customers who ran out of support period.

you can do it by your own without problem. Login into your test site and then go to ARForms licensing section. And there you will see remove license button. Just click it and it will free up license and then you will be able to activate license on your new website.

Yes. ARForms works fine with elementor pro. Not sure about Ohio theme but usually works fine with all popular themes.

I’m currently using ARMember & Hubspot, I’m wanting to capture contact information when a user signs up to be a member. Everything is working great however there’s a few issues I’m facing and wondering if ARForms would fix this. First of all, I do not want to collect passwords when they are entered into the signup form. Also I don’t really want to collect form entrys every time a user logs in.
Would ARForms + ARMember work on integrating Hubspot better?

ARMember does provide a facility to add Edit Profile shortcode to any post/page. So if you are using a page builder then, you may achieve this by adding tabs in a page builder and add both shortcode in a separate tab.

Hello, I really need support for this plugin and after almost a week left with no reply I am getting really worried. Could you please answer the following questions, it’s important :
1/ The plugin contains only mo files in the languages folder, no po. I need it to edit po (or pot), where can I find it ?
2/ I purchased AR forms and the front end views plugin. I also have ARMember. I need to populate field values of a form with the values of fields completed by the same user in another form. I have read the documentation but can’t figure it out. Can you walk me through it ?
3/ When completing a form, the checkboxes values are not retained and rendered inside the view of that form (by values I mean checked or not checked). However when I use the edit entry from the front end view and complete the same checkboxes, then the value is retained and it shows in the form view. Is this a known bug ? Is there a fix ?
4/ The date and time picker do not work. If I insert a date element or a time element inside a form and submit it on the front-end I get a white page and {error: false; } .. ?
5/ I can’t figure out how to generate multiple views of one form though I need it : I need a view to display some field entries of the form and another view to display other field entries, when I create one view I can select which fields are displayed but once that view is created I cannot seem to create another for the same form. How can I fix this ?
6/ I want to display different front end views in tabs. The first view in the first tab gets displayed, but in all the other tabs, the shortcode is ignored and no view appears. Why ? How can I solve this ?

1. Regarding po files, please open a support ticket and provide the details of the language that you want so that we can provide it to you.
2. Regarding the front-end views plugin, please note that it can only populate one form per view. It’s not possible to map the fields of the one form to another form.
3. Regarding checkbox, please open a support ticket and provide the more details so that we can check further.
4. Regarding the date and time, it might be some conflict with theme or other plugins. we need to check it directly on your site so please open a support ticket regarding this.
5. Regarding multiple-views, Currently, one form can be created only with one view. Still, we’ll think on your concern and if it would be useful then we can provide it in the future updates.
6. Regarding views in the tabs, please open a support ticket and provide the details (for eg., page URL where you’ve placed the form views) there so that we can check further.
