Hello, is there anyway to control the speed when sliding? I have tried 24p vs 40p. I prefer to use 24p one, but it is too fast when user sliding the images. the speed for 40p one is ideal. wondering any snippet that we can use for the speed control? thanks
There is a ‘sensitivity’ shortcode param. Default value is 7, play with it to find the one you would satisfy with. Cheers!

Hi again so I followed the doc Sensitivity allow you to control the dragging speed. Decrease it to make “Smart Product” drag slower. For example twice slower: [smart-product id=5 sensitivity=”0.5”]
to make my client’s site setting like this [smart-product id=975 border=”false” nav=”false” sensitivity=”0.5”]
It does not work at all. the speed are all the same whatever number I use, Would you please double check see if it is really working on your end? Thanks

Hi. I updated my theme to Jupiter using Elementor and the plugin doesn’t work correctly anymore. It just shows a 0% and a faded out image. I tried uploading a new model and the same thing happened. On the inspect console, I saw this:

Hi! There is a Shortcode element present in Oxygen that you can use. Each 360 view you create has its unique shortcode you can paste to Oxygen Shortcode element.
Also there is ‘smart-product-woo’ shortcode that will use product assigned for the product. Useful for Oxygen templates.

I looked carefully at your plugin. That looks very good. I’m a little worried about the loading speed though. On your site, for this page, it takes almost 30 seconds to see the full image. Is it possible to use other images like images as product image and as image in the gallery and not 360 when you want to use your plugin or is it either one or the other? To achieve this: on the product details page, we see a static image and when we want to see more image, we can have access to the 360 degree image?

Load time depends on images size and amount also on the amount of 360 views per page.
It is either one or the other, no way to integrate them, sorry.

okay I now saw it, I changed one of the icon maps to my likings, had to fix the cursor (hand) png’s and also one of the Icon maps. You can have them to include in your product if you like. Cheers!
