Well, i followed your instructions: download the last version (again) and I uploaded it and overwrite files. Nothing it worked, problem persist! If package information available is okey why “documentation.pdf” is only 1 page? it’s normal “apps” folder coming empty?

If we pipe in a lot of emails that have attachments that are fairly large, wouldn’t it build up unless we delete? ... we deal with large format artwork all the time, so attachments are usually quite big.
Go your point now, yes, email attachments for large files would drastically slower the email piping process depending on the connection speed of your server
But again, I do not think there is a solution for that, email attachments are always email attachments, they can not be cloud storage, or you are using a special email client?
I guess the solution I was hoping for was that your app had an option to use google cloud storage or similar for chat file attachment storage, instead of the local storage wherever the app is running. I’d be running the app on a decent server, but file storage comes at an expensive premium.
I’m still not sure to understand, but the problem is not saving the files, it is downloading the email attachments.
Where does Support Board store attachments? I’m guessing the server it’s running on?

when any customer open chat for contact with us then we get incoming call . with high sound before any agent take chat. if i want to do this i can do this? and how much cost need for this.. bcz when anyone come to chat then if any agent do minimize chat they can not understand any incoming chat comes..

why i am saying this.. i setup 2 department. sales , support . when any agent.i don’t set any department they not getting any push notification. when i setup him any department example sales then when any people click him sales department then he getting push notification. then if anyone select support department then he can not see. so no department select is best idea if he want to see sales and support both message. but then he not getting any push message if client select any department. for that i want to do customize works

When an agent send a message it appears at the top of the user chat. The close message show the conversation it closed, if it doesn’t work send to support@schiocco.com the Support Board admin accesses and chat link and I check. Thank you!
