No addons are required.

By default you must purchase a new license for each domain, but, if you have 2-3 websites owned by you and part of the same brand/company, you can use 1 license. If instead, the domains are of other clients and/or are related to other brands/companies you need to purchase a new license for each website/domain.

embedding the livechat on different domain need a different license?

domain a.com is where supportobard installed, and embed the livechat code on domain b.com, c.com which is needed CORS enabled.

in this scenario need 1 license or 3 licenses?

I don’r currently use Slack as my business is fairly small. Can this system be used WITHOUT Slack from the admin or operator’s interface? I assume there is a web admin site that I can access to communicate with visitors, and that I can optionally route those messages through Slack for a program or mobile app experience, but I don’t know if slack is required or just an option.. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have installed supportboard with the perfex plugin. When I want to use the option to load supportboard in perfex it keeps loading but no supportboard appears.

check the browser console for details

mind that perfex and Support Board must be installed in the same file system (like “same hard disk”)

can see what customers are typing in real time (before they even submit the message)?

You’re trying to access the chat from a domain different from the one of the installation, in order to do that the server where the chat is installed must be configured properly to accept cross-domain requests. More details at https://board.support/docs#installation-more. You can verify this issue by checking the Browser Console (you will see an error). The fastest and simplest solution is to just install the chat into the same domain you’re using it.

I have set the agent with specific department. But, the agent that assigned not for this department. example: “Agent A” was set to “Department A”. User chat to “department A”, but in “Agent A” didnt receive the chat. Because it’s randomly assigned to another agent, let say “Agen B”, that should be handle “Department B”. Can you help me? Thanks

I am trying to assign the widget to a specific user. - I create a user - I got his token from the admin board - I set up the widget URL like this https://support.medrara.app/js/main.js?token=f30945d7e4b0ee694af6515b5e7cc336dfd38be1 .. but the messages still assigned to guest users not the user with this token. .. Any help?

Sorry? This token is for the single user, you use it only for 1 user when you want to login it automatically. You must not customize any URL.

Sorry. I think there was a misunderstanding. .. I found the solution for my case. So, I discovered that I need to login the user via the javascript API [SBF.login] .. In case someone searching for the same solution, insert this code in the end of your HTML page. https://codeshare.io/K8jQyX
