I have been trying to fetch contents from multiple websites but the plugin cannot bring the post body of posts from websites like cnn, nypost and other websites. What do I do? I have tried multiple websites and options but failed.
If the auto-detect content extraction method is not returning the desired content, try another more suitable method as this method tries to guess the full content and it does not succeed on 100% of sites because of too many variations between different sites.
The easiest method to try is the visual selector where you can pick the full content
just choose “Visual Selector” as the method and click on the locate button (the arrow points to)

If the visual selector method did not return the desired content as well, CSS ID/Class is the most accurate method while you will need to figure the ID name or the class name of the wanted part

i want to renew but just came across a problem. I am trying to create my own loop (toolset types) for pulling posts… does WP Automatic not actually store all the images (from where it scrapes it from) to the wordpress database? I am using a simple image tag to dynamically show a bunch of photos .. but its coming up blank … now when I only display the image file url it displays just fine … so idk whats going on.

If you enable this option, The plugin will get the categories from the feed and set as the post categories or you can pick the categories manually using the visual selector if they are displayed on the single post

Is it possible to get the latitude and longitude coordinates of the locations in instagram?
Right now, the plugin does not get this kind of info while I have noted your suggestion in the plugin development suggestions list so it may be added to future versions of the plugin. Please note that there is no specific ETA (expected time of arrival) or guarantee that it will be implemented.

Pre sale question. I’m a web designer, and one of my clients has requested me to check his website.I’ve noticed your plugin and I’m pretty sure it is pertfectly suitable for a project of mine. Now, this client of mine has a YouTube campaign active, with a restriction regarding date and time. But every time I have tested it myself, although the restriction in place is set as 1440 sec with “Exclude Item if specific time passed from publishing it.” is still getting videos from all of 2021 (january, february, march, etc), Restriction seems to be ignored. Client is running WP 5.8 with LS Cache 4.3. Steps I’ve tried: - Clear entire cache (nothing) - Disable LS Cache (nothing) - Flushing cache in the quic.cloud account (nothing) With regular feeds, there are no problems when setting a restriction. YouTube seems to be the one affected. Thank you and I hope you can clarify this for me, And I can test the solution myself. My project will involve aggregating news from various sources (text and video) and also translating content.
p.s. also deleted all entries in the wp_automatic_cached table, still nothing

nothing to worry, found the issue. client has checked (probably by mistake) the option with “Cache videos for faster posting”. hence the problems. plugin works fine with LS Cache, for those interested. I will purchase it soon. regards, Alex.
While fetching some websites, the plugin fetches the website with no content meaning that the contents weren’t loaded in while the plugin fetched the website. Is the any way to delay that so that it fetches the website after all of the content is loaded?? Thanks
The coming version of the plugin should support JavaScript so this could sort this if your case requires JS but generally, it will not wait
