You have an error in your language file. Replace it with the original one from the package in /lang/ folder

Not that i didn’t make changes on any of file.
You need to create file directory, then just enter full path to it in admin configuration page. Make sure you end path with trailing slash

2. Go to phpmyadmin and in settings table finde site_dir fields and make sure it reads

these are already there same like as you mention above
Your .htaccess is wrong, it points to some other script and redirects to it. I would suggest installing it in a dedicated folder without any additional scripts with in, or install on a subdomain

Hi, so I finished upgrading to 4.6, but now when I am in the admin section and i try to update any of users, or make any changes really in the admin section, the whole page hangs. I click update or submit and the circle just keeps spinning and nothing updates in the database. Thoughts?

If this is correct, is it possible to amend it so that the subscription expires at a specific date instead of the above logic?

You can not set subscription expiry date manually. Its based on a membership term. However you can extend membership to a specific date for each user. Make sure both change membership, and extend membership switches are selected as well as the calendar date. As for the logo, you can upload from admin configuration page

Its what its name says. Period of user membership being active for x number of days. 10, 20 30 1 year etc… You can not choose to expire membership on a certain date
Hi, I believe I have 4.0 installed right now and just renewed support to update it to the latest version. I see upgrade zips to go to versions 4.2, 4.5 and 4.6. Do I have to do all of those in sequence or can I just update straight to 4.6? Thanks in advance.
Yes, you would need to install incremental updates, or if you perform full v4.6 install, there is no need for any additional updates
I want to do the incremental updates because of small customizations I did (nothing major or fancy, mostly cosmetic), but when I tried doing the upgrade to 4.2, it said I needed 4.1 installed to do that, but I do have 4.1 installed. Am I doing something wrong? If I know which files I want to save can i just do a clean 4.6 install and then copy back over my database? not sure what best course of action is. Thanks for your input.

Are you getting any errors? Enable debug console in /lib/config.ini.php and set DEBUG to true. Try to register, or send contact page, refresh and look for any errors or warnings within console tabs. You can email me from my profile with error message.

The problem is with your server CURL is using HTTP/2, instead of HTTP/1.1. You should contact your hosting company

I have purchased your MMP and i have noticed that i am missing a package. To upgrade the MMP is requiring upgrade 4.10 but I have only 4.2 4.5 4.6.
Also on signup is stuck and not sending verification email.

neverminded about the upgrade. i have just notice that the version is 4.60 but i still have issue with signup.
it dose register the data in the backend but when i make a new user from the client / frontend side it is on i fill up the form and i click on signup and it just stays on the animated circle. And the same on the newsletter i click on send mail the same
