Ok at the very start here will this plugin allow me to create a bot that when asked what slang words mean it replies with the definition and a example ? Or is that overkill for a chat bot?

It can do that if you define the slang words and definitions with Simple text Responses or DialogFlow.

I can create an FAQ center but keep the conversation like this. hello how can we help you? button1: technical support button2: frequently asked questions button3: make a refund let’s assume that the customer selected the first option. chat response: perfect tell me what problem you have button1: problem with electronic cycling? button2: I need to contact an advisor button2: there are no options for me. and so on I need to create response and buttons. I do not want to create a link, I need them to be buttons so that the client can easily select one.

There is a newer version. If you have the Envato market place plugin installed and verified you will get automatic update. Otherwise, simply download the plugin again. Upload and replace the old version from the Plugins->Add new page. Your data and settings will be safe. No worries. The issue should go away with the latest version.

It does not take data on courses / title /, although I bought more woocommerce chatbot from you this plugin is not compatible with my topic at all. I tried to add courses to the menu, as a tag and none of the data loads only the data on the wp post!

is there a way to send people directly to the chatbot chat screen as a page?

When you say embed do you mean embed a button or embed the actual chat interface which is what I am seeking.

You do not have to use DialogFlow unless you want to.

You can configure questions and answers using the Simple Text Responses in the core plugin.

Hola, ya tengo instalado el plugin y tengo asociado Chatbot Pro con dialogflow. Ahora cuando entro en el chatbot me sigue mostrando la configuración de Chatbot Pro no la del dialogflow. ¿Cómo hago que al entrar en el chat me aparezcan los datos de dialogflow?

You need to select Skip Greeting and Load an Intent from the General Settings.
