Hello, There can be an issue if a plugin or theme is overriding the column rendering CSS of grids to add it a margin which in-turn can push the third column to the next row.

I bought this plugin which was formerly known as visual composer with my theme, some time ago. I have read that if it do not work, then I should ask my theme developer. But is that also necessary when I purchase a license directly from you?
Moreover, when I buy it from you directly isn’t it so that I will get it without Tax when I am a company with a vat number???
Hi, The plugin which comes with the theme does not have a license of it’s own. In this case, if there is any issue, you should contact the theme developer. If you purchase a direct plugin license from us, then you can contact us regarding any issue faced with the plugin.

Hi! We have a little problem with the plugin. When we create a page in full width when loading the web for a brief moment, the width is defined by the theme (Blocksy) and then full width. It is a bit disgusting.
We have contacted the developer of the theme and he told us:
“WPBakery uses JavaScript to make its sections full width, after they have been loaded.”
Is there any way to fix it?

Hello, The issue is due to the time required for the js to stretch the row to full width. A workaround can be to use pre-loader onto the page so that it is displayed until the content is fully loaded beneath it.

We can not use this as support period expired here but it is still a bug

Is there (single page blog post element) or dynamic element to design a single blog page?
Hi, If by single blog page you are referring to posts, then you can edit them by enabling the editor for posts under role manager. Each post needs to be be edited manually.

OK… so seems
a. Plugin author, does not realise they are lazy loading images at all. b. Let alone, that they are forcing images above the fold, to lazy load. c. That this is likley CRUSHING the SEO of many sites, most webmasters won’t know why. d. Plugin author, is not going to fix the problem

Our team is wondering if it’s possible to disable page builder elements that we don’t need to use for page and post layouts.
Right now the CSS is loading in one big file (485 kb) which could be better optimized by separating out CSS into separate files. That way they’d only be loaded on pages where the elements are in use. I’ve searched through comments here on CodeCanyon and noticed others have brought this up as well.
This is a huge performance issue that we’d love to have addressed with the new Google Core Web Vitals updates that rolled out earlier this summer 2021. Updating it has the potential to save folks 600 ms of page load time according to Google PageSpeed Insights reports.
If this is not currently possible right now, please optimize the plugin’s CSS in a forthcoming update. It would make such a HUGE difference for your customers and millions of site visitors.
With this said, thanks for all of your hard work on this awesome plugin over the years. This would make it even better than it already is, which is saying a lot! We’ve enjoyed using it and look forward to its continued progress.

I am noticing my header images are lazy loaded… when I would in fact like to preload them. It seems WPBakery, is in fact doing the lazy loading, yet there is nowhere for me to set this and turn it off.
How can I do this? Turn off all WPB lazy loading?

Images above the fold, are being auto lazy loaded with your plugin. I have no idea why your plugin, has any auto settings, that can’t be changed. I should be able to set whether an image is
a. Preloaded. b. Preloaded on mobiles only. c. Always lazy loaded. d. Lazy laoded if below the fold.
Or just do nothing. Let me manage this, with my own coding or external plugins.

Hey wpbakery, is there an option coming soon that will also allow us to disable those horrible Gutenberg editor blocks in the widgets section too? Now that 5.8 is forcing blocks, it would be awesome if wpbakery had an additional option to disable those so we can return to the classic interface without having to install a separate plugin.

Hi, the Post Grid carousel in Visual Composer, which uses owl.carousel.in.js, returns an error and therefore doesn’t work (stays blanco): Uncaught TypeError: $(...).find(...).andSelf is not a function
It seems like the js file uses andSelf() instead of the addBack(), which has been deprecated since jQuery 3.0. Could this be fixed?

There are no errors, it just doesn’t move. It also doesn’t let you swipe to move the carousel on any browser.

Hi, we are using the7.io theme with WP Bakery builder. We have identified a usability issue with post grid pagination, already reported by many users, and i would like to ask if you are planning to provide support / a workaround in the next updates. The issue is that when pagination in Post Grid element is clicked, it doesn’t take users at the top of the grid, instead they stay at the bottom, which leads to a poor user experience, especially in mobile view. Do we have to implement custom javascript code, for a functionality that should be natively supported?

I purchased a license for WP Bakery yesterday because I was having issues with updates within my theme and I was under the impression that I would need to purchase my own license in order to update this plugin. After talking to the theme author, I was told that they provide plugin updates for WP Bakery so I no longer need the license that I purchased and would like to request a refund. Thanks! I love your plugin and use it on all my sites!
