Is there any way to debug the issue about users not receiving e-mails?
You can buy the Voucher, download the PNG but after that you don’t get any email (nor receiver nor sender), just the entry in the backend. End-User cant re-download the vouchers again. How is this supposed to work?

Users can download the voucher from Email but as you explained you are not getting the email so in this case, we need to debug the issue of why you are not getting the email.
Can you please also check the Spam folder to make sure you are not getting emails?

Hello, I bought your Plugin few days ago and it doesn’t work.
Vouchers are not shown (with or without the shortcode). I got tons of Console Errors(.map errors, missing files, etc.). I tested it also with the default Wordpress Installation, still doesn’t work. Fews Files are also missing (watermark.js).
We need the Hotfix or money back.

Hi, I am selling vouchers to get a discount for the rental of vehicles of some car rental in my area. If they buy from my website (via woocommerce) I manually send the buyers the unique code to use directly at the car rental to get the discount.
I was wondering if with your plugin I can send the voucher (always manually) to the users whose email I have, sending them the voucher with the id code to get the discount but with the design of a real voucher.

- After entering the voucher price, I will receive a notification that the maximum value is “10”. What? I need to create a voucher for 1000 CZ, which is about 47 USD. Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/xgas3x
- The form is partially overlaid on the page with other content due to a badly set z-index. Furthermore, the form does not show what is to be displayed, but only some shortcodes. But above all: the overlay is over the form, so there’s nothing you can do about it. Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/xgaw50
It is therefore absolutely impossible to use this plugin. That is why I am requesting a payment back via Envato.

It’s me again. Additionally I have the same problem as MartinL-CZ, I think. When I click on a giftcard, everything gets grey like a popup is in the foreground and I can’t click or do anything besides scrolling.
