Thanks a lot for the fast reply.
I resolved it by myself. I have to enable all the fields: “Name of Sender field”, “Email of Sender field”, “Email of Receiver field” and “Name of Receiver field”.
The next question is: If a buyer choose bank transfer, it is possible to download the voucher right away without payment. That makes no sense. Is there any possibility to deactivate the download button after the order?!
Furthermore I do not get any emails – neither sender nor recipient.
I found some more bugs and I do not want to use the plugin because it is too error prone, sorry. :-/ I think it will be fair that I get my money back.

I try to active the plugin but with no success. When I enter the license key and click verify, the loader spins for a while and then disappears. But the page does not change and no settings appear after reloading the page.

We have purchased your voucher plugin for our site – https://radihoney.com/.
We installed it successfully and in the settings we called out the paypal and stripes payment options.
Now when a user wants to use a voucher they don’t see the field to enter the code. I saw that the following errors related to the plugin were displayed in the console:

And is it possible to download the voucher as pdf with some more informations, like creation-date, an ID and so on, so the admin can control it faster when getting handed over a voucher?

Hello and thanks again for the quick support so far, I still have three problems at the moment:
1. on the downloaded voucher is always the name of the shortcode in English and unfortunately, even after updating the plugin, I haven’t found a way to translate that yet. e.g. “Receiver Name” or “Sender Name”.
2. the name of the download file is simply “png” . Can this be influenced or at least renamed to voucher.png in the default?
3. could a column with the voucher amount be additionally displayed on the overview of the completed orders?
