I am trying to test the voucher functionality and after an succesful payment i get following error:

- on the frontend i only get “Voucher Payment failed”, but the payment via PayPal works and it gets paid, because i can see the payment in the sandbox

- in the debugger i get the error 413 Payload too large error

These happen if i use a template with my custom image in it, the image gets generated, but in the plugin no order is generated, no email gets send and i get erros listed above. Without my image it works fine. I already tried to make the image smaller in size, but that didn´t change anything. I also checked my php settings for “post_max_size” and “upload_max_filesize” and these settings are fine.

I can provide screenshots if needed, but i can´t attach them in this comment.

Do you have ideas on how to fix this issue?

we work with your plugin on behalf of the customer and we have following Problems.

1) Error Message at Saving “Shipping Methode” Error Message after trying to save “shipping Method”

seems it is relatet to woocommerce but relatet to the description Plugin Webpage it seems to be optional to use woocommerce. Even in documentation at “requirements”. Info: At “settings” -> “general” -> “woocommerce” is disabled and Woocommerce ist not installed

2)Editing Template “Canvas Settings” canvas Settings “width” and “height” It seems not possible to set values like 1400 * 900. The (displayed) canvas Size dos not change over a (internal?) predifined maximum w * h and its not possible to see the image in this size. In “Preview” mode it is shown in the custom defined w * h(1400 * 900) The “Canvas” area itself expand like the defindes Values (1400 * 900) but it display only a part of the image(maximum internal Value?) and the rest of the canvas is background color of UI, in console it looks like that the image gets not expanded correctly and insteat it gets filled with transparancy in x and y.

3)export PDF At the exported pdf, if the Image not fits to the size of the page The image is compressed horizontally (y axis). It is not compressed on the x and y axes to maintain the aspect ratio. So it looks very ugly. Why its not changing to Landscape orientation or kompress in x and y direction?

Its seems that these are essential Problems which cause your plugin to not work as expected or described. Unfortunately we cannot upload Pictures for better understanding…

How To solve these Problems?

I have a presale question. I played around in a sandbox version and wasn’t able to figure out, if one can also deactivate delivery by post/snailmail, since it is provided when filling out the necessary client details (email / post).

Also I would like to know if you plan to include atax option as optional checkbox in general settings or voucher settings with possibility to enter tax value in percentage an naming of tax name (VAT / T.V.A. / MwSt./ ... free field).

Hello, the live preview page is confising … not working.

I just want to sell vouchers on the page… the user should choose a design and an amount he wants to pay (or are there settings ( for example 30,- 60, 90 Dollar) the customer can choose?

It is not needed to have different designs – but if poosible, ok – he chooses the design. Then he needs to pay by paypal …

And then is it possible to choose – if the customer gets the coupon (after paid) for self prining out (pdf …?) or is the only way to get the coupon by email?

What file is coming by email? Is it a pdf wit the design and some content?

Then the user can print it and if he comes to the store, he can present the printed coupon to get the discount.

Did i inderstand it corret – is this the functionality? Or similar …

Your demo page is not working and i dont want to pay, if the product does not fit this really simple idea of selling a gift voucher … in a easy way.
