If you use cache plugin enable please in tab Options ‘I am using cache plugin on my site’ and reset the site cache
If still troubles: I just sent you the password, you can create ticket and provide wp-admin access in secret area (see special button on the right after ticket creation) to let support find the conflict. Add also there purchase code.
I’m glad I wrote this here so others can see. I did have the “I’m using a cache plugin” set.
BUT i went and really examanded the settings.
I changed currency storage to transient and that solved my problem.

If I have multiple currencies set up on my site, some of which are not supported by PayPal. Is it possible to allow customers browse on their selected currencies and before paying, the currency converts to default currency which is supported by PayPal?

We are using this plugin and working great. The way we are working is at the end of checkout, the consumer always need to pay in AUD, the currency will by default change to AUD but lets say if you are visitor from USA on all pages its showing US currency and during checkout it turns into AUD, but we were only able to show $ sign, not AUD text in the checkout, thus US customers thinks like they have been charged more cause AUD is lower than USD.
Is there any possible way to add AUD, USD in the checkout? I could not find any settings to do so. Please do help us.

Since 4 months, I bought the plugin and it was working very well till yesterday when I made update for the plugin, everything has been disappeared: top header currency switcher dropdown menu + Footer Switcher Menu + the Currency section in Woo-commerce settings every thing related to the plugin is now disappeared. I tried even to upload the plugin again but every time it says that the plugin is existing but when I search for it in installed plugins it doesn’t appear there too.
So would you tell me how could we solve this problem ASAP, because me and my tram supposed to do many things related and depending on it!!!

hi. i have a strange problem. in a general page with many products,and the currency is set GBP, i click product 1, and i see product page in GBP, but if i go back to genreal products page, i change to USD, and i click back in the same product, it does not appear in USD but in GBP. (this not happens if i click in a nother product not visited before). it seems that if the product is cached with a currency X, and you visit it back, it will not show the currency you are coming from. Is there any way to a client if he changes a currency in one page, to see all other pages in this currency not welcome one?

We now need to allow a specific user to checkout in EUR and bypass the welcome currency. How can we achieve this ?
