We use the standard WP editor so many plugins that change the appearance of the backend classic editor also work for the frontend editor.
Can the user choose the post custom post type from the frontend? I am trying to ensure the user NEVER needs to use the backend.
Actually you have to select a post type when creating a form. Once you have done that the selected post type is always used. The user doesn’t get an option to change it. Thanks

It is about constant updating of a given page. I don’t want to create a new page / post every time

Ok, I will say more precisely. I’m creating a template with this plugin and a shortcode at domain.com/generator.
He gives submit and a new page is made with that template at say domain.com/form
Then I want to fill in the given fields with other data once more.
I would like the plugin not to create a new page when you hit submit, but to update domain.com/form (it updated the data with the new data I just entered, and deleted the previous ones).
The plugin would have to save new data over and over at domain.com/form Now you know what I mean? Can he do it somehow? maybe some integration in php code, or you would add such possibility.
What you could do is create a custom post type, list all posts of that post type on domain.com/form and create a FEP form for accepting posts of your custom post type.
This way the user can submit new posts using the frontend form and all the data will get appended on domain.com/form. No new pages will be generated.

I just noticed that its working on phone/mobile but not on desktop but the function to search and add new categories are not working both on desktop and mobile.

Hi, yes we have a setting for exactly that. It’s labelled “Allow Addition of New Items” and you can take a look at it in the demo.
Where is this setting? I go to demo, form>simple form>fields>categories. I didnt see “Allow Addition of New Items” there.
Unfortunately the demo version is a bit older than the live version, that’s why you’re not seeing the setting 
1. Can people upload gifs that move? I need gifs for featured image and in the body that move.
2. Can people embed from video sites like Youtube and any other site and the featured image will be auto generated?

Sorry I missed this question. 1. Yes it is possible to upload gifs.
2. We don’t have this feature. If you embed a Youtube video then featured image will not be generated automatically.

Hello, How are you doing? I’m interested to purchase the plugin but I have a question: is it possible to disable the “media gallery” popup, so it will simply add the image uploaded to the form (without a gallery of previous images).
Also, is this gallery displays media the user uploaded only, or all the media in the website?

Hi tovbar, yes we have an option for that. Using this option you can give your users the ability to upload media without the involvement of the media library.
Hey Khaxan, Thanks for your answer, I have a follow-up question before purchasing: If I indeed disabled the Media Library option, after I upload an image and want to add Caption text the popup with all the image’s fields will look the same.

If you don’t use the media library then you will NOT get the option to add a caption.
How do I make fields mandatory?
You can drag the “required” validator from the right hand side of the screen and drop it on a field to make the field required.

After updating Wordpress 5.8, All article gone from Waiting for payment.

Hi answersmode, posts are marked as awaiting payment by including a post meta entry. WordPress 5.8 didn’t include any changes that could have had any effect on post meta. However I’ll be happy to look at your site. For now please restore a backup of your site if you have one and send me your current login details so I can take a look.
How can I send my ID Password
I checked by installing the latest version of Newspaper 11 on my site and I can see the Awaiting Payment tab just fine. I need to see the issue in order to understand what’s going on but so far I have not been able to replicate the problem.
