I’ll try to explain my issue: last december-jenuary (about after last WP update) I noticed my Portfolio Grid disappeared from my homepage; I though it could be a problem given by the fact that WordPress was updated while WPBakery wasn’t, so Ii decided to purchase its last version with license.

Yesterday, after months (in the meantime I had problems in accessing to my own wp-admin and I’ve just solved it by downgrading the PHP version on Siteground) I made a backup of the site and then I bought and installed last WPBakery version (from 5.5 (not sure) to 6.7) on Envato: I hoped to solve my issue with my portfolio but this didn’t happen… What can I do now? can you help me someway, please? I really don’t know what to do: any suggestion is well accepted!

We are facing an issue with row visibility when the “Row Stretch” field in Row Settings is set to “Stretch row and content” or “Stretch row and content (no paddings)”.

At the time of page load, first, it is showing the content inside the container. After that, after taking some time, the content is showing in full width.

So, the layout is showing broken or jumping at the time of page load.

Hello! My website stopped showing images ONLY on DESKTOP…mobile works fine!. Wordpress is updated, The7.2 is up to date also…can’t figure what happened bearing in mind that I haven’t made any changes since 2018…any clues please?

I’m currently running the latest version of the plugin on Wordpress, and am trying to adjust Role Manager settings (specifically, I’m trying to remove the checkbox from Disable Classic editor).

Once I click on “Save Changes” the following message appears: “Roles settings successfully saved.”

However, after refereeing the page, the settings revert back to those before any changes were made.

How can I fix this?

Hello. I am having the same issue since Wordpress 5.8 update, VC is not working anymore inside the pages.

I see only the code, without ability to see VC active. It’s like VC is not active on pages in the backend editor. On the pages/Posts the screen option for WP Bakery is switched on plus I have checked the user roles. It was fine and I only updated to WP 5.8. I cannot open a support ticket as my support period has expired and I cannot afford to renew it. I am stuck, please can you help

Hi, media library does not work for me( Create page and add Image Carousel element, then add images to it, click Save changes button and publish the page. Then start edit Image Carousel element and try to add images again to existing one. Media library shows only the chosen one before but not all other from media library, it does not load other images. Can you take a look please?

after update to version wordpress 5.8 from previous one, all the websites I manage for agencies with other accounts where I have installed visual composer, VC is not working any more inside the pages.

I see only the code, without ability to see VC active. It’s like VC is not active on pages, but any option was touched, only WP update.

This is working with websites built with different themes, which are updated for all plugins and themes. If I go to previous version, after updating WP (with downgrade plugin), the VC plugin works again. Because of this I think there’s a incompatibility with new WP version and your plugin, can this be true?

Hello! I use WPBakery Page Builder with Slikk theme. My question about breadcrumbs. Now anchor of first element of breadcrumbs = name of front page. Is it possible to change this anchor, but don’t change name of front page? Thanks.

I have a client that has a complicated request. I’ve connected their Custom Post Type to WPB, but we can only use one filter. Is there a hook or a way we can add an additional Filter display? For instance, right now we’re filter tags, but they’d also like above that menu 3 main categories.

This way they can filter by Tags & Cats.

Hello, I am using the donut chart element (ring).

We want to do a campaign and instead of changing the values of the element manually I want to change them via code (if day = x1 then change values to [80, 20], if day = x2 then change values to [50, 50], ...). I read a lot about ways to do this via javascript (chart.js) but my attempts to do it in functions.php did not succeed.

- I did not succeed updating the donut element => document.getElementsByClassName(“vc_round-chart-canvas”)[0])

- I succeeded updating a new canvas element with a new rectangle (via functions.php) but not a chart object.

Is it possible to change the chart (donut) values via script? Is this a special version of chart.js which is used by your plugin?

If I have 2 columns, and decide to hide 1 of them in mobile (in the column settings), how can I make the visible column full width? Right now, when I hide 1 of the 2 columns, the remaining column only takes up half the page view. The other half of the page (where the hidden column was) is blank.

When I copy a post grid template (the first one) it does not look the same. I would hope it looks the same and I can just add a field or something. Starting this from scratch is not easy

I receive this message when I try to update an active WPBakery license: Update failed, license is not activated. However, the license has been activated on my website. During a redesign I made the site private so it would not be indexed and now I am ready to make it live. However, I want to update this plugin and make sure there are no conflicts first. What could be the problem?

I have deactivated my license because it was activated on my domain without SSL, now I need to activate it for the same domain with https, but I don’t have any activation button in wpbakery account!
