Thanks for reaching out. I’ll be happy to help. Yes, this plugin comes with a complimentary theme. The theme is very simple and just mimics what my demo page does. That said, if you’re looking for a robust full theme this will not be what you need. However if you’re looking for a simple one page theme with sections like my demo, this will be perfect.

The purchase codes aren’t the issue here. It sounds like you don’t have a valid instagram token and userid. Did you obtain it using the token tool mentioned in the documentation?
yes.. we have three licenses, two are working fine with the same token number, the three sites use the same token number as they are all on the same account
I have checked by editing the key and it shows all three websites in that key and checked that it allows all options.
Then I get this error: Instagram authentication error. The user that you’ve authenticated with does not have proper permissions to any Instagram business or creator accounts. Please get proper access from your client or email our support team at xxcriversxx@gmail.com to request additional information.
As mentioned two existing sites are working fine.
Hi, I see the issue. This is happening because you simply don’t have access to any Instagram accounts with the facebook account you are logging in as. Does this make sense?

Your token generator keeps sending me to facebook, but I am suppose to install this plugin for my client. I have access to her instragram but not her facebook.

I’m excited to get this plugin working but I keep hitting the same problem others have with the 400 error. I’ve used your token generator and entered that into the plugin settings. I am still getting the following error.
“A 400 error has occurred attempting to fetch your hashtag. Please check your credentials and try again.”
A couple of things to note: 1) I was able to get my user feed to show, so I know that was working. 2) I purchased the plugin to be able to use multiple hashtags in a feed; however, my only options in the shortcode generator available are User or Hashtag. I don’t see the options for Multi Hashtag, Contest, etc. that I saw in the video. 3) I don’t recall seeing a place to enter my Purchase code. Is that what’s causing the problem? I have it and will share it privately but I suspect that may be the problem and I’m only seeing a “demo” version.

Hi there. 1 licence is $20 for 1 website. The Extended licence is $100 for 5 websites. Should the extended licence not be cheaper? It’s basically the same price. What would be the point of buying the 5 licences in 1 go for $100? I would have thought the 5 licence agreement would be as least $60. Please advise.

Sorry in advance if this is a stupid question.
I would like to create a “wall” of select Instagram accounts and/or hashtags on a page. These accounts are of not mine – but of other people’s account of interest. Obviously, I don’t have their tokens etc – just their account names. For example, let’s say I want to display a wall of 5-6 local chef Instagram accounts.
Would this be possible with Instagram Journal?

Yes, this is certainly possible however you would need to use either tag mode or user mode with a token for each account. By policy, you are not allowed to legally use other peoples photos without either having a token or using hashtag mode. I hope this helps!

Hmm, for your second question—I’m actually not sure. I don’t think there is a profile feature of the api but if it is, it’s likely tied to user mode in which case you’d need a token for each user.
