I’m trying to show a directory category per page. I’m following your manual in the section “Customizing single post and term pages”, “Using a single item page”. I get stuck on step 3 “Go to Directories and under the All Directories tab, click the gear icon in the row of the directory that you wish to configure.” because I don’t see a “All Directories” tab. I’m having issues with the import.

When I try to import the column mapping doesn’t show the headers from my csv. I even tried using the sample csv the plugin provides and I still only get this: https://prnt.sc/1ee7i4q

Then when I hit import it just shows importing for hours.

Bonjour, suite aux précédents messages de support, j’ai réussit a trouver la source du problème. Il y a un conflit dans la datatable entre woocommerce et votre plugin . Une partie du site utilise l’espace compte woocommerce pour les clients pour notre agence et la partie annuaire votre logiciel. Cependant je ne peu sacrifier aucun des deux logiciel de gestion de compte et n’ai pas réussit a la paramétrer pour faire du 2 en 1 . Sauriez vous commence résoudre cette incompatibilité entre woocommerce et votre plugin? Merci d’avance.

j’ai acheté votre plugin il y a deja quelques mois mais je fini seulement le paramétrage. Cependant je rencontre quelques petits soucis tel qu’une traduction partiel du plugin malgrés un 100% de traduction via poedit et vérifications des chaines. exemple : undefined ecrit sur les boutons de recherche dans la page annonce, texte aide pour les formulaire qui écrit enter au lieu d’entrer . Comment résoudre ce problème ?

Le deuxième problème dont je fais face est la disparition du header sur les pages annonces. Comment ajouter le header ou comment faire ouvrir l’annonce dans une nouvelle page pour eviter la fermeture de la page listing annonce?

Et dernier problème, dans l’espace compte utilisateur afin de upgrade l’offre d’abonnement, il n’ y a nul part ou je peu upgrade , cela propose juste du renouvellement pour la méthode stripe et idem pour le paramétrage avec woocommerce . Comment ajouter le choix aux professionnelle de réhausser leurs abonnement a partir de leurs comptes? Merci d’avance pour votre aide.

Hi There – Some pre-sale questions.

Is the plugin able to change colours?

We prefer to have the admin of the website be the only one creating the listings and not to allow the option for someone to add a listing for themselves in the front end, is there an option for this?

Then if we do this, can we somehow integrate that the email contact form when you click the Contact Us button on the listings builds some form of a database in the backend whereas we can see and monitor what enquiries the listing receives through our directory?

And secondly is there a way that we can set the recipient of that listing form goes to the listing owner even though the admin created this listing on their behalf?
