Hello, I’m a user of Cool Timeline Pro.

Here is my question: I have a timeline made from stories written in english (the default language of the site). I have translated these stories in french with WPML. The time is inserted in a page with a short code. In the english page stories are well displayed. But in the french page the timeline seems to be there but no stories are displayed. Instead I have the following message: “Désolé, vous n’avez pas encore ajouté d’histoire” (“Sorry, you haven’t added a story yet”).

Could you please explain to me how to synchronize both timelines?

The problem that I encounter is that in the last days in all the websites that I use the cooltimeline licenses every few days the licences code is asked again and again like it is lost from the database and I need to reintroduce it. What can be the problem?

I have this plugin (Cool timeline pro) installed to my wordpress site and everything else works as it supposed to work, I can add new “Timeline stories”-items and the timelines work. But I can’t add any text to the timeline items.

When I am adding or editing the “Timeline stories”-items (Timeline stories > Add new) the text editor field does not show up.

The editor page downloads and it has everything else; Timeline story settings, Select Story Icon, Publish settings etc. but the main content editor for the story description is missing.

I have already checked the wordpress “Screen options” and that’s not effecting this.

My WordPress version is 5.8.1 and “Cool timeline pro” plugin version is 3.5.3.

I am NOT using any WordPress builders (like Elementor or WPBakery Page Builder). I am have totally customised theme that’s made with Advanced Custom Fields Pro-plugin.

So do you have any ideas why the editor is not vissible and what to do to fix it?

Hello. I had the Pro version of this this plugin installed at a temporary URL before I purchased the actual domain name for this site. And now the license is registered to that temporary URL and won’t work on the real domain name. I don’t have any “Uninstall License” button to click as is mentioned in your documentation and I can no longer access the site at that temporary URL. How can I get the license associated with the correct domain?

Hi, I would like to show the story text under the title and not in a pop-up or on another link/page. How can I achieve this.

Is a problem installing, because it shows this message: ” The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini. ” obviously on changing the limit for uploading files is not easy and well I did it, but broke my website, Im recovering after 3 days closed. I have not had so many problems with another plugins, this is the firsone and that’s why I request my money back please.

Hello CoolPlugins,

I bought and installed your Cool Timeline Pro on the following domain: bibliotheek.testrocket.nl.

I have created a story based timeline with a custom order. I have selected ‘Full Text’ as the stories description setting. I can add a single line break or paragraph break (line break with whitespace) in the story editor.

However, when I check the frontend, the paragraphs and line breaks have been removed from the content. I checked this with the browser inspector. A peculiar thing is that when I duplicate the timeline, the second timeline does include ‘p’ and ‘br’ tags. I would like these elements to be included in the story detail output of the first timeline on the page as well.

How does this happen?
