HI, I want to ask a simple question that fails to find the answer in your explanations
Is it possible to build a simple horizontal menu, just simple text, without pictures, each word will be a link to a page on our site, a kind of responsive navigation bar. That it will be possible to scroll the text bar from right to left and vice versa in a mobile display?
In fact we are interested in placing the menu on certain pages (not on the whole site), does the plugin use short code for that matter? Thanks for help

What is the difference between Scroll Magic and Scrolly?
