Bought this plugin yesterday and it works as expected, but I have a feature request: please add a confirmation message when ad admin click on delete in the consent log, but more important, hide the admin himself from the list or deny the admin to just delete himself from wordpress simply by clicking a button with no “are you sure?” message. thanks

Good morning, I’m using the 1.9.20 version of your plugin with Redux 4.2.14 and Avada theme, but trying to connect the pages (Contact DPO, Cookie policy, Privacy center, etc.) in the configuration modules, the searching form give me always “the results could not be loaded” as answer. You just need to Deinstall redux and use our own welaunch plugin. For support however you need to have an active support license.

I use two languages on the site with the WPML plugin (FR & EN).When I accept the cookies (matomo)(need to be disabled) on the French site and I switch to the English site and check in the privacy center, I see that the cookies are disabled. That should be done by default. Do you maybe test in incognito mode?
I have installed the item on my website however when I try to select a page like Privacy Policy for example, the dropdown states there are no results, even though the page has been created. The same occurs for all the other sections where a page needs to be selected. Can you help please?

Exactly, the “Necessary”,”Marketing” sections as tabs in the Privacy Settings in the Popup. I was wondering it is more clicks to the user navigate tab by tab and then select his option. There some cookies popups that put every selectable option acessible on the same screen, but in fact I really don’t know if a single user actually even care about selectively choosing it.
You can remove the tabs if you want and only keep one. That is possible by default

I just install and I notice it says to get auto update I need to register license, but when i press. It gives an error “sorry you are not allowed to access this page”. I then notice it is point to welaunch framework.
I’m now using a theme that is on the redux framework. Do I still need to install welaunch framework?.

You only need our plugin for auto updates. Otherwise you can also use the envato market plugin for updates.

You can not store data from non logged in users as there is no key identifier and IP logging is not allowed without consent.
