No we did not block update for any client who did not renew support.

Sorry to know that about update related issue. Could be possible that there could be some other issue. If you are facing issue updating from plugins page then please download latest version from codecanyon and simply upload it like regular plugin and it will detect previous version of ARForms and it will update it.

No, If you do it properly then there wont be any data loss. Don’t uninstall current version. Just upload latest zip like uploading new addon and it will update automatically.
