Waiting for this http://updates.wpbakery.com/ check from 7-10 seconds, is irresponsible to your customers. Many of them have slow backend just because of this issue. You know about it at least a year. Many people are not able to check time for HTTP API calls so they don´t even know it´s this plugin. Are you really planning to do something aobut it, or not? Thanks.

I need to make the Separator with Text element use a H3 instead of an H4, but that seems to be hard-coded into it. I’m trying to locate the PHP file in the plugin that controls that. Hoping I can copy that into my child theme and change it to H3. Is this possible? Your plugin is bundled with The7 theme. Thanks.

With new update you remove prettyphoto… now all elements opens with lightbox2 but than it try to loads the lightbox and than the image open directly… no lightbox, no navigation in galleries… Thats bad. Can you fix this or help us?

I bought the system from codecanyon.net before. but wpbakery asks for username and password on active page. I do not have my wpbakery.com membership. I can not activate
Hi, As the license is purchased via codecanyon, in this case, you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. You can then activate the plugin license as per: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/activate-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress-license/

I am using Version 6.6.0. It includes the NK Album Player in the content options, but it seems that option does not work anymore. Nothing plays, the window doesn’t open/close like it used to. Is there a workaround or a substitution that you recommend? I just want to feature a playlist, no artwork, no youTube/Vimeo. Just a simple playlist that slides open. Maybe I need to downgrade the WPBakery plugin to get NK Album Player to work?

Hello, The album player is not a standard element of WPBakery Page Builder. It is a custom element added by the theme or a third party add-on used at your end. You can check the respective theme/add-on developer in-case there is any issue with it.

I see that this image, /wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/lib/bower/lightbox2/dist/images/close.png returns a 404 in several of my pages. The image is requested in, lightbox.min.css
close.png does not exists in images folder. I just added a close.png image file to get rid of the error.

Just a heads up, the following CSS:
.wpb_single_image a { border: none; outline: 0; }
Creates accessibility issues with the Single Image element and it shouldn’t be needed. If you guys could remove it in a future update that would be fantastic, thanks!
Also, this is not a big deal, but if you use an External Image for the Single Image element it’s not possible to add an “Alt” attribute, so having a field for that would be fantastic.
