Dear, ddeveloper, do you have an ETA when the new version will be out? Can I please bring your attention to a conflict with the Pickup Location plugin and the WPML Multilingual plugin that I hope can be resolved with the next update? The issue is that when editing a product, you cannot view any product variations if both these plugins are active.

Are you open to any custom development of the plugin (as before)?

I have to type a city in the SearchBox (even if I’ve already typed it in the MyAddressForm) I don’t want to “Enable auto locate user? (New)” I just want that the nearest pickup area is showed when the user input his address.

2- The defaut delivery option is not selected by Default : I want that the click and collect option is by default. I enabled “Set Pickup Location as default shipping” but it doesn’t work.

I can’t seem to translate certain words, through Loco Translate.

Hi I purchased this plugin while ago.. we are having a problem. we have 2 pickup location, both have different days but when the customer set the day, it does not show error for the days we did not allow for pickup. we recently got two orders for monday for which we didnt set that. It is working fine for time but not for days. Also did you update the version to have feature for showing the dropdown for only the time we set in, right now it shows all the time slots from 12am to 12pm. Please get back to me asap

This plugin doesn’t works well with apple devices. When loads in safari the location of pickup point is not loaded in the map and adds the name to the first pickup location . You can watch in quebienteveo.com/zapeando. Also in all browser city, etc are not populated on floating box in map.

Hello, I have found exactly the same problem than another customer related to the Health State of the web page due to the addition of this pluggin:

“just letting you know that your plugin is causing an issue with the most recent version of wp. When plugin enabled you get the errors: A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.

and a second error: The REST API request failed due to an error. Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

and a third error: The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected. Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

If you disable the plugin the erros go away. The errors are generated on the site-health.php page.”

The answer provided was that no issue was identified by the author. But the fact is that these errors appear in the health checking status of WP and are due to this pluggin.

Hello again, I have done this request of support (I paid for the support by the way). I have not received any answer. The issue was arosen by devindeone (https://codecanyon.net/user/devineone) some time ago and it remains in the last version of the plugin with the last version of WordPress.

Please can you tell me when the next version is going to be released and if it will have the bug fixes? If both Auto-locate and Radius Search are active it does not work properly. If both are active the info in the map bubbles is incorrect and there is the wrong Pickup address detail in the receipt emails…. Also if the auto-locate is not active in the browser no map markers appear at all. Will this be fixed? Really need this next update. Many Thanks

1/ I’m interested to opening days but not to times. So I simply disabled the time selector in the settings. Unfortunately, If I do so, the 48h minimum Time Limitation doesn’t work anymore… Is there a way to make it work without activating hours ?

2/ When selecting a correct date, there is a text that appears saying : (Pickup available: ‘15:30:00 – 18:00:00’) Is there a way to hide the seconds counter ?

3/ I could translate some strings using loco translate but not all : I can’t find the “pickup available” string (the one I was talking about in 2/ ). And also I’m missing the opening days that display next to the pickup location name (for example “pickup #1 (Sat)” )

Hi! Although I have chosen explicit hours for each location where a customer can pick up the items, it is possible to choose from the entire 24-hour range in the checkout form. Why? Wouldn’t it be better to just give the customer the time frame in which to choose where the location is actually open? The same also applies to the pick-up date. It is possible at the checkout to select days from the calendar on which the pick-up station is not open at all (as defined in the setup). You then get an error message that it is not open on this date. But it would be better if only those days can be selected and highlighted in color on the calendar on which the pick-up station is actually open. Could you implement this feature?

Is the developer around here? Is this plugin abandoned? When I bought this plugin I was told that developer support is included?! At least an answer regarding my questions would be nice!

I have bought and installed your module, but I’m having little issues :

1) I created some stores and have set some dates and hours of pickup. I also changed the date to the dd/mm/yy format in the main settings. When the visitor is setting the date and time in the checkout page, he is able to select dates that are not defined for the store. He can also complete the order with the wrong dates. How can we fix the appearance of the error messages popups when visitors are selecting the wrong date and time ?

2) In the main settings, when we enable this shipping method only for admins and subscribers, it doesn’t hide it for visitors.

3) When we set the shipping address fields to hidden in the main settings, the billing fields in the chechout page become hidden.

Can you fix please?
