Does this plugin only sync orders from WooCommerce to Square that use the Square payment method or does it sync all orders regardless of payment method?

This addon Sync orders from Square to WooCommerce only, we have another add-on to Sync order details from WooCommerce to Square and display items details in the transaction section of Square.
Also only orders processed through Square will sync.

Right now it is not compatible with any Vendor plugin.
Suddenly this plugin stopped working and I am getting the error:

If the SKU of the Square products is same as in WooCommerce then it will override the product otherwise it will create a new product and you are syncing manually?

Would you like to synchronize your product on every product edit , update or delete?
Its mean if you delete any product in WooCommerce that will delete from Square as well. In a same way if you make any in changes in product those changes will apply/update in Square.
Hello i have the free version right now but it’s not doing what i want. I have over 700 different products in my square POS at this moment. I want to only sync one category on my POS to my website. WIth your free version, I have to uncheck every box which is a lot. Do you have a simple solution for this with this paid version? Also can your plugin only sync one category?

I have a client with a woo commerce store and they’re using square for payments.
They sell daily boxed meals and they sell whole weeks at a time. So you can pay to have them cook food for you for a whole week. Different meals each day.
They want to implement a cutoff date.
They want to accept orders any time but charge only on Thursday. Anything ordered after the current Thursday charge will be charged the following Thursday. The People that were charged will receive meals starting Monday, and up Until Friday.
So, the bottom line is charging should behold until Thursday.
Is it possible with this plugin?

You can use delay capture feature, by using delay capture all the placed orders go on hold, therefore you can manually process payments on Thursday, please note that an on-hold order holds up to 7 days after that it will go to void.

Please follow these instructions while syncing products:
1) Use small letters in attributes.
2) Product must have SKU’s.
3) Don’t use special characters inside ( Title / Attributes / Variations. )
4) Products must be less than 900 including variations.
Webhook must show 200ok as a result.
You need to replace this woosquare pro to the plus or the woocommerce sync plugin you have because this is not working al all, i don’t like it and it is a pain.

I have an issue with woo square pro where all my categories have multiplied by about 50 and square customer support says I have to delete them all manually. I find that absurd and will be looking for another solution. I am very curious as to how it’s even possible for a program to let there be duplicate categories. If support chimes in here that they can fix this I will consider renewing, otherwise I will move on to another solution that is not square.

Yes you have to delete the duplicate categaories manually in Square. the reason are:
1) Make sure that you have selected single location in Square product. 2) Do not use special characters
1) Use small letters in attributes.
2) Product must have SKU’s.
3) Don’t use special characters inside ( Title / Attributes / description / Variations) (“Ą Ó ź ż Ą Ć Ę Ł Ń Ó Ś Ź Ż ą ć ę ł ń ó ś ź ż õ o͡o ø (){}&%$!@#^*=-|:?`~+/.<>;”)
4) If adding variations in Square enter like: for example color[red], size[small]

Pre-Sale question. I only need this for the payment gateway, can I disable all sync related activity? Right now the free square payment gateway gives problems and users can not check out all the time. We need to resolve this so payments go through every single time.

After several weeks of attempting to make this work, and with Woosquare causing multiple duplicate categories in Square, WPExperts support told me (Ticket ##12908) that I cannot use any of these characters in Product Titles and Descriptions:

How is this tenable? No punctuation in Descriptions???
In addition, it does not sync Grouped products.
Just want to bring this to light for others who may need these features.
