Hello, The card slider is not a standard element of WPBakery Page Builder. It looks like a custom element added by theme or a third party add-on.

I found a bug in the single image code since the lightbox library replaced prettyphoto. If one attempts to add a border to a photo with Lightbox selected, the border will not render. This is because in the vc_single_image.php, $a_attrs[‘class’] is being set to null in the ‘link_image’ switch and never unset, unless there is a value in the variable, which there never is. Without that unset, the $wrapperClass is never set with the border information.
I tried to report this via the support forum, but it’s not finding my purchase code. I don’t have time to figure out why, having just spend the afternoon trying to figure out why that border would not render.

Hi guys,
I’m querying about the background images for rows again.
Up until yesterday, I was needing to use three rows, all with the same inner content, but with different images in the ‘design options’ of the row module, one for desktops, a different one for tablets, and a further different one for mobiles.
Yesterday, I decided to go with a video for this module, but noticed in the row module itself that:
’’Video backgrounds do not display on mobile because mobile devices do not allow the auto playing of videos it is recommended to apply a standard background image or color as a fallback for mobile devices.’‘
So I placed my video, which shows on mobiles and tablets, and added a ‘fallback image’ in the design options, for mobile users.
So the obvious thing that I’m going to ask is – if I’d not decided to use a video in this row module, I’d never have known that fallback images could be used.
So instead of creating three different rows, one for desktops, one for tablets, and one for mobiles, all with different images in, would it not be possible to add a fallback image for tablets and/or mobiles in the desktop view (always visible) of a row module?
Hello, Unfortunately at present the standard row does not support specifying different background based on screen sizes. However, we do have many third party add-ons which you can check under add-ons category on codecanyon which might have such a feature.

Hi guys,
I have a row with 2 columns, each with a different background colour.
Can I extend the background full width of the screen but have the columns remain in the grid?
I know you can do with with a row background, but I can’t seem to do it with column background.

Hello, Unfortunately the full width is not possible with column background as columns are restricted by the grid. If the entire row is stretched along with content, then the column backgrounds will be stretched to full width.

We use your plugin bundled in via The7. We noticed that for the Contact Form 7 event Firefox correctly displays the form selection dropdown while it’s broken in Chrome (no selection possible, only one item shown). Just wanted to drop a line.

Hey there. First of all, thanks for the quick reply. Further testing shows that in Chrom on WIndows it indeed works as expected. The colleague reporting this to me is on a Mac. And I don’t know for sure, but maybe this only occurs if there are multiple forms.

Hello, There can be an issue if the product license tab is disabled by the theme. In this case, you can contact the theme developer and get rid of the code used to disable the product license to get it back. Hi, I bought your plugin a few years ago. I installed it on a site and lately the editor was no longer working. Now though, I have installed the latest version 6.60 on a new website and I can’t edit the pages. I have switched the old license to this new site. When I click on the edit button, it loads endlessly. I haven’t renewed my support, do I need to do it to fix this? Thanks
I solved by disabling this plugin: All In One Addons for WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer).
Is there a way to get a post grid to work more like a slideshow so that the contents of one item in the grid just replaces another rather than appear as a separate item in a grid?
Hello, I am afraid, the standard grids does not have such a feature. However, this might be possible with some third party add-ons. You can check add-ons under addons category of codecanyon.

Hi,
I updated the plugin and now it does not work properly. 
I get this message: “you have an outdated version of WPBakery Page Builder Design Options. It is required to review and save it.”
But When I click in “Open Design Options” appears another message saying that I don’t have permission to enter this page…
I read lots of FAQS and done a lot of web research and I cannot find the solution.
Can you help me please?

Hello, It looks like the design options at your end are disabled. You can follow these steps: 1) switch onto a default theme like twenty nineteen. 2) go to WPBakery Page Builder -> design options -> disable or re-build & save. 3) switch back to the main theme.

Dear Support, Thank you for a great plugin. We recently noticed what we think is a bug in the code: when logged in as super admin in a network WP installation, after unchecking some of the post types for which VC should be enabled in the Role Manager panel and saving, the checkbox are still checked afterwards. Same if I try to customize the list of elements available to a given role: after I save the list (as a super admin user), all the elements are checked again. This does not happen if I am editing these settings with a regular site admin account. Digging in the source code, I noticed special conditions for the super_admin role, which seem to cause this issue. Given how things have changed in WP over the last few yeas, I was hoping you would be open to remove those special conditions in your code, to address this issue. Thank you.
Hello, The super admin has an access to all post types due to which it’s access currently cannot be restricted. We will add it onto our list to check if there is anything which can be done regarding this in future.

Dear wpbakery-team, I bought a license with my template morsel. Now I can find no way to acitvate my license. Hello, The plugin which comes with the theme does not have a license of it’s own. You can activate the plugin license if you purchase the plugin directly from us.

Hello, As the plugin is purchased via codecanyon, in this case, you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. You can then activate the plugin license as per: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/activate-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress-license/
