I would like to report a bug.
I use the age verification popup.
when the user selects “no” he is redirected to CNN.
If he then clicks on the “back” arrow and comes back to the site, the pop up asking to confirm his age is NO longer there, and he can visit the site.

It’s not a bug. It’s how you configured popup. 
The age verification popup reason for existing is to force the user to confirm his age prior to getting access to the site.
There is no setting to make the popup disappear if there is no such confirmation.
It would be greatly appreciated if you can point me to the exact location this can be fixed.

I am unable to manually update, as your zipped downloaded file includes all files with documentation. So uploading the “downloaded zip file” does not work.

Your download of Green Popups does not have the option to download “Installable WordPress files only”, it is bundled up with documentation.
Can you share with me which file exactly is the “plugin” that needs to be uploaded to the site?

Hi. 1,2. Unfortunately, your support period expired. For any support assistance please extend support period. 3. This is how upload button works. Create popup such way that it looks OK in both conditions.

Did you have a problem to let the plugin sent mail ( PHP mail function ) with PHP 7.4.16 ?
The form from popup plugin is registered but the mail is not sent.
This is the same configuration like WP Forms plugin and using WP SMTP plugin.

Plugins never send emails by themselves. They delegate this function to wordpress core by using wp_mail function. To troubleshoot your problem please read thischapter: https://greenpopups.com/documentation/#chapter-wordpress-troubleshooting

Yes, wp_mail() function is enabled and work with “wpforms.com” and “wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/”.
I have activated the SMTP mode to sent mail. No problem for WPforms, but your plugin sent nothing.

I have a dedicated server with hundered domains. wp_mail and mail dosn’t have any problem to send mail.
Did you configure popup to send emails? Provide access to WP dashbaord. I’ll check.

If i want to create an inline popup to be used as a side widget, how do i set the width of the form/page to adjust the full width of the sidebar without adjusting the height?
If width is too big, the popup is automatically resized to fit sidebar width.
This is not exactly what I asked. When the form is wide and the is resized by to fit the sidebar, the height also reaizes. The height doesnt stay fixed. This makes the form fields to look small entirely. What i was asking is a situation where ONLY THE WIDTH WILL RESIZE
There is no such feature. Inline mode is just a side feature of popup plugin. As I understand you need responsive form. So use form plugin for that. For example I have Green Forms.
I have both the form and the popup plugin. Fact is that the form plugin doesnt have a way for me to add a colour to the form background. And I need a background colour for this particular form.

Is there a way to desogn 2 different sizes of same popup to serve for mobile and desktop?
i created an inline popup with 2 pages plus the confirmation page. After user clicks to the second page and enters his details and submits, the form doesnt go to the confirmation page. Also since its an inline form, i will like it to show the confirmation page, then return to the first page after x seconds. How is this done?

DONE. Thanks. The inline form I created, has a width of 720px, but I actually want it to be 790px. But the form designer has a default width of 720px. If i make it wider than the default 720px, it doesnt balance on the web page when deployed.(It drifts to the right of the posts where i display it, even going under the side widgets). Is there a way to make the Age Verification pop-up, pop-up every time until they click the 18+ and older button? When I refresh it never pops back up.

I need it to not close forever just for 12 or 24 hours then pop up again. It is an adult site and I want Age Verification to keep popping until they click the I AM 18+ OR OLDER button.
OK. Configure it to close for certain period (days). Make sure that you use latest version of the plugin.
I tried the demo to check how to integrate mailster, but I cannot find it in the popup settings though it is enabled in the global settings – advanced tab. Is it discontinued? There is no option whatsoever.
Demo doesn’t have this feature because Mailster not installed there.
Hello halfdata, I got more than one license because I’m totally impressed with the Geen Popups features.
However, perhaps I’m losing my touch because no matter what I tried, I was unable to find a solution how to give the scrollbar on a text popup a different color, instead it matching the background color rendering it invisible for users to recognize that there’s more text below.
I would very much appreciate hints how to accomplish this. Thank you.
Unfortunately, there is no feature to set scrollbar color.

As such I’ll have to use the incorporated Divi module which will solve this elegantly, and I can have one less plugin to boot. I’ll just have to do a bit of relearning as I got used to use Layered Popups for so many years.

Hello, I have been testing the plugin and it is not working with Moosend, I did a test subscribing with my email and I do not see that the emails are reaching my Moosend account, I also do not see a notification every time they subscribe, already I applied the API Key in Green’s account within Wordpress, but I don’t see the arrival of the emails to Moosend’s account, I have already done everything that connects his plugin to Moosend.
