guys, can a customer change his subscription by changing quantities, add or remove items to it?

Customer can turn off their Automatic Payments from their My Account Page -> My Subscriptions -> View the respective subscription(to allow this, go to SUMO Subscriptions -> Settings -> My Account -> Allow Subscribers to Turn Off Automatic Payments). Once the automatic payment is turned off, then the customer has to make the upcoming renewal manually. Manual reminder email notification will be automatically sent to the customer along with a pay link in the email. By clicking the link, they can manually pay for the renewal and at the checkout page, they can use the new card. The future renewals will be charged from the new card.

Automatic recurring is supported only using Stripe or PayPal. But, it is possible to integrate other payment gateways. If needed, we can provide payment gateway integration documentation using which you have to integrate it on your own.

It is possible to change the My Account Page endpoints in “SUMO Subscriptions > Settings > Advanced > My Account Page Endpoints
But, please make a note that the text which you are referring to is not coming from our plugins. Please check by deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce and our plugins and check.

Hi Pre-Sales question: What happens if within the trial a product runs out of stock? Is the plugin blocking stock for as long as the trial is set-up?

If the product is out of stock, customer will not be able to purchase the product But, during the renewals, this plugin doesn’t block the stock and hence subscription will continue to renew even if the product runs out of stock.

You can use any WooCommerce supported payment methods for getting manual renewal payments. But, if you want to get automatic recurring payments, then you have to use any inbuilt payment methods or PayPal Standard or WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway.

I need recurring orders with invoice payments that’s all. The user should be able to select repeat order every X weeks at checkout and the orders just repeat every X weeks. Can you do this?

Pre Sales question here. Is it possible for customer to make one off payment for 12 months subscription, and Woocommerce would auto create order monthly? I know if pay by monthly it will auto create but we would like to allow customer to pay one off as well (with some discount compared to monthly payment)
Alternatively, can I make the one off payment as Sign Up Fee so customer only pay one time. Then the monthly renewal fee is zero. Therefore, every month customer new order will be created with zero price so customer doesn’t need to pay.

Yes, when Sign Up Fee is set for the product and the Product Price is set as 0, then the Sign U Fee will be charged from the customer at the time of purchase and renewal order will be created with Order amount as 0.

This plugin supports variable product and hence by creating a variable product with multiple variations(first variation for weekly, 2nd variation for 2 weeks and so on) it is possible.

It is not possible to update the credit card for each subscription.
But, customer can set their Default Card in their My Account Page. The plugin will try to charge only from the Original Card and in case payment failure, then the plugin will retry for the payment from the Default Card which the customer has set.

It is not possible to get automatic recurring using SquareUp. But, you can use any WooCommerce supported payment gateways for manual renewal payments.
You can setup subscription duration as per your needs(6 month, 8 month, etc)

I have this case. I have subscription product, monthly payment with 12 and 24 contract option, and there some additional fee. 1. Signup Fee (one time) 2. Card Issue Fee (one time) 3. Service Fee (every six months) Can I achieve this with your plugin?

When people want to become my member 1. They will be charged signup fee (only in first time) 2. They will be charged card id (only if they don’t have it yet) 3. They will be charged service fee when they signup and every six month. 4. They will be charged monthly based on membership they choose.

Forgot one thing. Also i have promotion period that they only pay 50% of their subscription price for 50% their subscription period.
For example. 12 months contract, monthly payment price is $30. But for first 6 months they only pay $15/month.
