Is it possible to only add chain appointments for specific services and not all? We have a lot of different services, and only half of them can be chain appointments.

Hi, I have attached the screen shots that show the double up on the employee and the two different time slots. Is there anyway that when these combined services are selected it only shows the one employee and the first timeslot as not to confuse the clients showing 2 separate times. Also, the same for the email notifications, the reminder the day before does not show the combined services, can you ask the developers, if there will be any addition to this. Thanks in advance! hi, i have similar problem as described by naolheurederien (see below) but even simpler….
i want to book 2 (or 3) appointments… but i always get ‘there is no timeblock free for selected critiria’. But that is the whole point of this plugin isnt it?

so, just to be even more clear, when i book 1 service (and the calendar is completely empty, no bookings yet) then all works fine. But when i book 2 services i always get that message and cant book anything?

Please note that Bookly Chain Appointments Add-on is designed for your clients to book several different services for back-to-back appointments on the same day (i.e. one visit).
So your customers are offered time slots when all services can be provided sequentially during a single visit with employees chosen at the first step of booking.
Please check if the Bookly Collaborative Services Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013222534-Collaborative-Services-Add-on will work for this requirement.
It allows you to create services that require simultaneous participation of several staff members, or staff member and shared resources (like rooms, tables, equipment, specific tools, devices, and items) necessary for the service delivery so your customers can book appointments with two or more staff members working together and avoid double bookings of them if the resource is already in use.
Kindly note that at this time, the collaborative services can be booked only via the front-end. The administrator cannot create appointments with collaborative services in the backend but is able to add each appointment as a part of the collaborative service manually.

If you want to send a single Email/SMS notification for the entire booking (for all order), rather than a separate notification for every appointment booked, use the {cart_info} code in relevant templates (New booking combined notification) when you configure the automated messages in the notifications area.

Hello,
since the last update, when i activate the chain appointments plugin i get a critical error and the website is not accessable any more.
after deactivating all plugins except Bookly and Bookly pro it is the same thing after activating chain appointments plugin.
I have to rename the chain appointments plugin folder via FTP to be able to access the backend again.

One more thing. I don’t know for sure if I want to use your invoice addon. I need to customize it and then create a payment addon for my gateway (specific for my country). If I will use woocommerce (with my gateway and another invoice plugin) it’s ok? I saw that the only addon you have that is not compatible with woocommerce is Bookly cart (make the customer to return back to 1st tab and re-booking), but for me is better Bookly Chain cause the customer can select more services from the start.
Cart addon is the only one incompatible with woo ? (just to know, if I need more addons later) I plan to use Bookly Recurring Appointments (Add-on)

When I use a single booking, the calendar booking shows the selection time.
But when I use “Add more services in one transaction” the calendar booking has a gray out (disaple) in the selected time.

My scenario is if user pick service A for staff member 1, if he also wants to pick Service B, the only available member should be staff member 1.
My scenario is that all services are done by the same staff member. So if you want service A, B and C, you have to buy them with the same staff member.
Saying in another way: Users should be able to book services to only one staff member per order.
