Hello,

i have a problem with using this plugin. If i define custom filds. Each field appraers for each requested service. Eg. i have services massage and service wellness, and i have one custom field checkbox, than the checkbox appears twice. What i do wrong?

You need to access the custom fields tab and disable this setting: Bind fields to services.

Hi, thanks for fast answer. I need this functinality in this way :-( some custom fields are service specific, some are global. The global custom fields must not be repeated, such as ZIP-code, city and Street, housenumber. Is it possible to implement this Functionality?

Hi Waldemar,

This functionality is already implemented. If you enable “Bind fields to services” you can bind different custom fields to services and this means that each service has it’s own custom fields – you’ll have separate custom fields for each service when you will book more services.

Hello, can the plugin been used for Book online Tee time for Golf Course ? The only needed is time intrerval every 8 and 7 minutes. for example 08:00, 08:08 , 08:15, 08:23 (one available every 8 and 7 minutes) ?

You could use the plugin for short-duration service, the thing is that 7-8 min slot length is not available, you will be able to create only 5 or 10 min services.

Hi, I found a bug. I registerd following data at “Schedule” tab in “Staff Members” page.

Monday : 5:00 AM (from) – 5:00 AM (to)
  1. End time of 5:00 AM means 29:00.
I want to register following “Breaks”. Breaks : 2:00 AM (from) – 3:00 AM (to)
  1. Start time of 2:00 AM means 26:00 and End time of 3:00 AM means 27:00
But I can’t select 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM from the Breaks list. The latest time to be shown in the Breaks list is 11:45 PM
  1. 11:45 PM menas 23:45.

Please fix that.

There is a bug when chaining appointments from the same employee, the resulting output names the employee twice – for example the list of available slots for X,Y by Employee,Employee – it duplicates the employee. It would also be good to edit the test so it says ServiceX & ServiceY

I advise removing the codes from the details step and enabling the built-in cart and combined notifications, so all appointments will be displayed in a list and customers will receive one notification with all appointments.

Hello. I have Bookly, and I also interested in this add-on. Two questions. First, Is any way to set a minimun amount for do the reservation? For example, $20, and must to select one or more services, until that minimun amount.

OK, thanks. And the second question. I have set a service after padding (15 minutes), to clean the box. But, if the user selects some services, I don’t need that padding between each service, only after the last service. Is possible to set up like this? Or if they reserve some services, blocks the service duration and the padding of each service also?

The padding times will be applied for all the services that have them, there’s no option to set up a condition so it works for the last time slot. I also advise checking our demos to see how it works.

Hi,

I am wondering if this addon will solve my problem.

A client of mine wants to add the possibility to book several services at once. For instance package A and B. He also wants the possibility to book these services for groups. For instance service A with 5 people and B with 8 people.

Is this possible with the Chain addon?

If so, is it also possible to make the timeslots flexible, so the time slots depend on the size of the group? An example:

Service A and B both take 15 minutes to complete. 15 minutes for each person. When someone books service A for 5 people and service B for 3 people, the timeslot needs to be 2 hours long. Is this automated with the Chain addon? Since the Chain addon provides time slots when all services can be provided sequentially during a single visit.

If this is not possible with the Chain addon, will it be possible with the Chain and Multiply addon combined?

Hi Lex,

Currently, there’s no option to set this type of services, the duration of a service is fixed and can’t be conditionally linked with the capacity number. You can book more time slots by using the built-in cart. Customers can add more services to the cart before proceeding to the payment step.

Hello I have bought the package addon

I read: Please note that the current version of the Bookly Packages Add-on doesn’t support group bookings. And packages can only be set up in the back-end for now. Customers cannot book these from the front-end – yet. The next release will also include the feature of managing all the instances of services in a package on customer’s user account.

When are you going to provide the booking package for customers in front-end?

I was using this shortcode:

Hello,

i have a problem with the Bookly Chain Appointments (Add-on). If i book a service (staff member as one capacity max) and add another one (the same), so the first staff member is full but i have another staff member (with 1 personn capacity max), when i make the reservation at 9am for example, it make one appointment at 9am and the other one at 10 (cause it uses the same staff member). How can we solve this and use different staff member with the Bookly Chain Appointments (Add-on) ?

Moreover the layout is not nice at all, you should seperate the appointment : Vous avez choisi de réserver 2 heures, 2 heures pour voiture-1, voiture-1 a 9 h 00 min, 13 h 00 min le 31 janvier 2018, 31 janvier 2018. Le prix de ce service est de $75,00, $50,00.

Hi Cyril,

1) When you book more appointments you can choose the staff member that will provide the service. Besides that, if you don’t choose a staff member you can select the logic how staff members will be distributed, in the services menu -> Providers preference for ANY.

2) For this case, I advise to enable the built-in cart (settings menu), so all time slots will be displayed in the cart, and remove the codes from the details step (which can be done in the appearance menu).

Hi Annika,

Please take into account, when you book several appointments with the chain add-on, these time slots will be booked in a consecutive order, so it will possible to book them only there’s enough time to book these services. In case the time window is shorter than the group of the time slots that you intend to buy, then there won’t any available time slots.

Hi,

i have setup chain appointment add-on on my site. when select multiple services in first step and go to time slot steps, system cant give correct time slot for booking.

for example i have selected service A and B that total duration is 1 hours and 15 min. we have time in 22 may 2018 from 10:00 to 12:30 but plugin give time slot for 11:30 or 11:15. why won’t give 10:00 that is free time.

i have this problem for single services too. This is the easiest thing your software needs to do.
