Hmm…. can i book several services at the same timeslot with this?

Hi,

This add-on allows users to choose only those times when they would be able to automatically book 2 (and more) services that go one after another. There is no ability to book several services at the same timeslot for the same customer.

Thank you for purchasing our products.

You should check the staff member’s email address. Also I would recommend to try testing this feature with following parameters adjusted:
change address in “Sender Email” parameter in Email Notifications tab to an address of another email service provider. Also you could try changing “Send Emails as” parameter to “text”. Try to disable the feature “Reply Directly to Customers” and make sure that proper email notification templates are enabled as they are set separately for pending and approved bookings.

Hi, is there a possibility to book chain appointments on backend as one appointment?

Hi,

Thank you for purchasing our products.

This add-on was designed to work in the frontend only so you will have to manually create appointments in the backend. Or create them through the front end if its more convenient for you.

Some questions:

1) Is there a way to put a cap or limit on how many services someone can select? 2)Is there a way to have certain sub-services populate if you select a particular service? 3) Can you change font in bookly? 4) Can you remove the Date/Day/Time selector from the first frame? 5) Is the CSS on this app editable?

I appreciate your interest in Bookly.

1. There is no cap, though the plugin will simply not show available timeslots in case the order is beyond capacity and availability settings.
2 and 4. These features are not available.
3 and 5. You might try editing the CSS file, though Bookly will adopt your theme’s design.

Hi,

I have installed the plugin but now the booking calendar stopped working. Follow these steps to replicate:

1. Go to https://leila-beauty.de/termin-buchen 2. Select and add multiple services 3. Select a date from the calendar (I picked Nov 16th) 4. Click “NEXT” (“WEITER” in German) 5. The progress wheel keeps spinning and nothing happens. I see the following in the javascript console:

Ok I actually got to the bottom of it, it was throwing this error: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 264399 bytes) so I simply fixed it by setting define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);. However, I’m wondering why your plugin requires so much memory? It’s possible that I get problems with my host for consuming so much memory.

I hope you will not have problems with your host. Partially such memory limit requirement is necessary to allow proper speed of data processing. For example: Disabling the first step, Google Synchronization and overall complexity of both Settings and your data amount – are few main things that add some delay when Bookly is initializing as they require more memory resources of your server.

Is it possible to have one single reminder notification sent out to clients for all booked services? Right now if the client books 5 separate services he would get 5 reminder notifications for each one of them.

Hi,

It refers to your second question, if you use the built-in cart you can remove the service name code so you wont have the long list on the details step, as all services are already displayed in the cart.

Hi, any news on reducing the number of reminder emails sent out to clients to one per booking instead of one per service? Is it something you’re planning to work on? I’m pretty sure there are many others who would be happy to see this feature! Thanks.

I reminded our development team about possibility to create this functionality and I’m afraid that this will not be possible to implement these days. There are lots of open cases from our customers and several high priority fixes that always take our development team’s time and as you might know, we no longer provide customization services. I have a problem in this module. I provide photography service. When a customer rents my Studio, he selects the three services from the first step is due to the Bookly Chain Appointments (Add-on). However, there is a problem. When selecting the time the plugin adds these services but changes the time interval of one hour. It turns out that the photographer comes at 9-00, 10-00 Makeup artist, hairdresser at 11: 00. This is incorrect. Right should be for all at 9: 00 am. I just found this function I bought this plugin. But it does not work.

I have no other question. My only question is that my staff can not come all together at one time. They have different times. I don’t need 5 minutes, 10 minutes. I have at one time, as shown on the demo page. We can write to each other. I understand that You will not fix the bug.. Users will buy this product with the wrong time. In two days I need to start the service, but I already know that with your support I can’t do.

Hi,

on your website it says “The calendar and appointment list will show bookings as separate appointments (with a note that the appointment was created as part of a bundle booking)...”

However, I can’t see that note. Can you help, please?

Question. When I’m testing this and adding multiple services, my notification emails don’t show the multiple services selected by the customer, I get a separate email per service. Is that normal? Thx

Yes, this is normal behavior. You want to enable the feature “Combined notifications” in Settings/Customers section for it to send a single notification. Make sure that you edit and enable the combined templates in the bottom of the Email Notification section after you enable those. Hi,

We purchased the Bookly with the Chain Add-On and are having some trouble. We have 3 staff and all 3 can book the same service. Unfortunately when we try to select 3 services at one time it says there are no times available.

I purchased chain add-on and I can choose multiple services now.

But when I book a time, 2nd service time goes behind the 1st service time.

I wish to make multiple services at the same time

(ie. service 1 : 9 am & service 2 : 9 am not service 1 : 9 am & service 2 : 10 am)

You can enable the built-in cart and customers will be able to book more time slots/appointments before proceeding to the payment step.

I have purchased the Bookly Booking plugin and updated it to the latest version 13.0.

As per the requirement then I also purchased the Booly chain appointment add on.

But now upon the installation it says that it required Bookly Booking plugin to be in version 11.5
